What I Learned from Writing 400+ Poems, Stories, and Wiz Drips in 3 Years

I started my journey as a creative writer three years ago, although I’ve written my first fiction story when I was seven years old. Over the past few decades, I’ve written a plethora of business papers, guides, articles, and blog posts; however, writing poems, stories, and wiz drips has re-ignited a flame in me I thought had vanished with my childhood dreams.

Firing, balancing, and harmonizing the left and right hemispheres of my brain to work together in tandem has been a blast. While writing about business, mindset, sports, and health topics, which I’m extremely passionate about, all derive from my logical mind, when it comes to sharing my poems, stories, and wiz drips with the world, it’s as if the universe is speaking through me.

Tapping into the quantum field and downloading codes that translate into miraculous, creative pieces amazes me every single time. When I write about the latter, I’m gone, wandering through galaxies, stargates, multidimensional wormholes, you name it.

Experience, knowledge, stacked skills, passion, strengths, and talent are the forces I tap into when writing about business, mindset, and Co.

A sacred gift, ancient wisdom, and a deep knowing drive and pull me to write my creative pieces.

CLARITY. POWER. LOVE. WRITING.

Writing helps clarify my thoughts and harmonize the energy flow between the mind, heart, and soul. Oftentimes, words, phrases, and ideas hit me when I’m in the gym lifting weights or running on the treadmill. Funny enough, they are always associated with business or gaining a new perspective on my entrepreneurial journey. Never does anything related to poems or stories access my conscious mind when training.

Unlike writing about business, where I often have a well-thought-out concept, strategy, or principle I intend to share with my community, when sitting down to craft a poem, story, or wiz drip, I never know what I will write about.

Disengaging the analytical mind and allowing myself the freedom to swap between a poem or story easily opens a well of creativity I’ve come to surrender to. I’m humbled to immerse myself and bathe in a colorful bouquet of emotions I never experienced in the third-dimensional realm of business, mindset, sports, and health.

No judgment.

Allowance.

Acceptance.

Letting my soul soak and explore the depths and widths of the all-encompassing present moment.

Alongside clarity, something else emerges.

My heart beats stronger.

My consciousness expands.

Bravery. Sovereignty. Power.

I’m bathing in these wonderful experiences.

And then, there’s laughter, joy, bliss, and every now and then, a teardrop tingling my cheeks.

I call it love.

Or is it unity?

It simply is.

Being.

Living.

No labels whatsoever.

LAWYERS. DOCTORS. ELECTRICIANS.

When a U.S. attorney reaches out to me because my poems remind him of the fairytales his grandparents shared with him …

When doctors are reminded of their precious early childhood memories because a line in one of my fiction stories stirred something deep within them …

When an electrician attending my workshop is mesmerized by the vast emotions he experiences when reading my creative pieces …

… I know how powerful the messages are that I’m sharing with beau...

The Fine Art of Rinse and Repeat in Business

Consistency. Discipline. Perseverance. Pursuing mastery in business through tedious tasks is an unusual path. Repeating the fundamentals over and over again, tweaking, and adjusting, only to come back to the same “boring” tasks, is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Fancy. Cool. Trendy. The icing on the cake, the quick win, lures the masses in. Starting a business and becoming an entrepreneur is overhyped. Nobody sells the work, skills, and the boring tasks that are required to build something sustainable. Many young entrepreneurs I encounter still believe that posting random videos on YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram will lead to luxury cars, yachts, and lavish parties to impress XYZ.

Some make a few bucks here and there, only to spend them as quickly as they earn them. Very few are equipped for the long game. Meanwhile, as years pass by, their flame dims or perishes entirely, and they end up with a list of wishes and another one of excuses, should-haves, and could-haves.

For those of you looking to build a long-lasting business that feeds your family and, more importantly, nourishes your soul, stop buying into the overnight success formula promoted across social channels. You already know this; I’m just here to remind you.

Allow “What” Questions to Broaden Your Perspective

I’ve been navigating the business realm for nearly three decades, and I’ve yet to encounter the super entrepreneur par excellence who built his/her business and became a millionaire (or billionaire) overnight.

Building a sustainable business requires a ton of stamina. It’s often a lonely road with lots of seen and unseen obstacles. The navigator (you, the entrepreneur, the business owner) is challenged every single day, hour, and even minute. Belief systems, patterns, and habits are dismantled and shattered as growth lurks around every corner, balance sheet, client conversation, product, or service.

Is the game rigged? Are the odds in your favor? How much risk is required to “win”?

Nice questions, but none of them will help you find clarity and move the needle closer to where you want to go.

Let’s be practical and ask questions that will provide us with actionable insights:

* What skills, experiences, talents, strengths, and gifts do I bring to the table?

* What am I passionate about?

* What is it that I excel at?

* What am I willing to trade (time, money, life force, aka energy) to achieve XYZ?

* What do I need to do consistently to zero in on my ego, feelings, emotions, and mental capabilities?

* What values and principles are a must for those who want to join my team?

Please add further questions as you sit down to answer the above.

You might have noticed that I didn’t include How, Why, and Who questions in the little questionnaire. I did this on purpose. “What” questions force the mind to cooperate with your heart and intuition (soul, gut feeling, whatever you want to call it), and stop looking for escape and excuses.

The Punchline

While you embrace the unknown and learn to dance with uncertainty, focus on what you can control. Use the answers from the above-outlined questions to operate from a place of power rather than greed, need, frustration, or fear.

Unlock the Genius in You

Feeling lost, unappreciated, and worthless – these low-frequency, parasitic states spread like a disease. Associated with the doom and gloom around the mighty capabilities of artificial intelligence, which, according to XYZ, will replace human jobs and so forth, you have the perfect trap for the mind to go haywire.

Deploying critical thinking, using discernment, staying calm, and protecting one’s nervous system have become a luxury. What once constituted the foundational pillars of entrepreneurship and life, in general, are now considered unattainable by most people.

Mental illnesses are at an all-time high while psychiatrists and psychologists enjoy their thriving “membership business.” Instant gratification, entitlement, and comfort are all nice and dandy, however, when you stop creating and give all your power and energy to consuming the latest and greatest, you forget who you are and why you came.

No wonder many run around shoeless, clueless, without a purpose, mission, or goal.

Unleash Your Genie

We are miraculous beings, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

We are powerful creators who can project thoughts into the field and pick from the infinite number of possibilities that we see fit.

We all carry a magic wand, filled with spinal fluid, that enables us to collapse timelines and bring forth, aka materialize, things necessary for our species to live blissfully.

Technology is a mighty weapon, and so are light, sound, vibration, and frequency. Instead of putting all your attention on someone else’s games, spells, and dreams, turn inward and unlock your unique blueprint.

There is no such thing as junk DNA, so stop believing mainstream idiocy. Merge the trifecta: your mind, heart, and intuition to know and understand how to navigate the maze you find yourself in.

When it comes to entrepreneurship, there’s no escape from mastering the fundamentals of building a sustainable business that will feed you and your family. If you’re seeking shortcuts or trying to game the system, go ahead, play roulette, and enjoy the ride.

For those looking to create for the long run while enjoying the process and honoring authenticity, pick your toppings and flavorings, and remember: you can always choose a different dessert when your main meal is served exquisitely.

The Punchline

One day you’ll meet the dulled-down version of you, which won’t be a pretty encounter. Regret is a beast. Put yourself in the winning seat and play to your maximum potential.

Rediscover the very essence and core of who you are. Stop chasing other people’s butterflies no matter their perceived influence or worshiping stars.

Double down on your talents, skills, strengths, and experiences. Use technology wisely, question everything, and never take anything for granted.

You’ve got all it takes to thrive in a harsh reality. You’ve trained for this environment for billions of years despite your memory disk being wiped out and inserted without notice. You’ve got infinite wisdom in every cell of your human body. You are a walking, talking miracle, a powerful electromagnetic grid, and a wondrous being. Stop waiting; unlock the genius in you.

Strength In Business
When Change Giggles at You

Do you perceive change as painful? How do you tackle the process of transformation? Avoidance is a strategy, although, more likely than not, it will backfire. Facing the unknown head-on is another one. Embracing and dancing with uncertainty is a phenomenal skill worth acquiring.

Frightening. Weird. Annoying. We use a plethora of words to describe the emotional turmoil we go through when we’re navigating life’s troublesome waters. Regaining the zero point, that sweet spot where we can draw power from dark and light without judging ourselves requires a lot of resources.

The all-encompassing guide on how to navigate this third-dimensional realm and enjoy the adventure is not provided upon birth. So we paddle and stumble left, right, and center to discover more of who we are and why we’re here in the first place. The balancing act remains a strange concept, an exquisite art few manage to master.

The physical plane enables us to use our senses and sharpen our intuitive capabilities, provided we have the guts to look behind the veil and uncover the very essence of who we truly are.

Be the Joker. Be the Fool. Be You.

Easier said aka written than done. Playing the game as a joker, becoming the fool who experiments and juggles with judgment, requires a strong fortress.

When you realize that you can use your unique blueprint, the skills, gifts, talents, and experiences you have acquired to build your own puzzle and thrive in this world, no system, no government, and no influencer will mess with your imprint.

Crushing duality while numbing your feelings can take you so far. But if you want to increase your output and have a long-lasting impact, you need to tap into your core source. Vitality is non-negotiable. Your level of energy determines how far you can go.

How does the above tie into business?

I’ve said it numerous times, and I’ll repeat it again.

You have to master the fundamentals.

There’s no alternative.

No magic pill.

And, no shortcut.

If you’re not willing to build a rock-solid foundation and sharpen your saw while repeating the basics over and over and over again, you will struggle in business. Heck, you’ll struggle in sports, relationships, and life.

Yes, I get it: basics are boring.

But guess what?

You can’t build sophisticated machinery or a house on a plateau full of holes. Actually, you can’t accomplish squat without a strong foundation; at least not in this dimension.

The Punchline

Perception and perspective are part of the same coin. Perception helps you see the world through your specific lens, while perspective delivers data from multiple sources. Use the intel you gather to amplify your results.

Change is imminent. Observe your thoughts, emotions, and how you interact with the world. Let the environment flood your perception and perspective with synchronicities. Add intuition as a pillar to your building blocks, but don’t let it run the show.

Most importantly, have fun. Smile, giggle, and enjoy the ride. Remember, life is a cosmic joke, after all.

Strength In Business
What I Learned from Running My First Marathon

Running was never part of my game plan, although I’ve been an athlete all my life. After suffering major knee injuries in my teens and a dozen doctors (except one) suggesting surgery, I defied the odds: I didn’t go for surgery. I picked up scuba diving. I continued to strengthen my knees, muscles, and tendons. Last weekend I ran my first marathon.

When I look back and go through my sports memorabilia, I can’t stop smiling. Ballet, figure skating, soccer, and martial arts were only a few of the sports I practiced before my knees got busted. By the age of 16-17, I was diagnosed with arthrosis degree 2-3, meniscus rupture, and the list goes on and on.

I had massive inflammation in my knees and could barely walk. I went to orthopedic surgeons and sports orthopedists in different countries and all but one suggested surgery. I tried acupuncture and other alternative methods but nothing worked.

Time passed. I started uni and continued to hit the gym twice a week to work on strengthening my muscles. Things got slightly better but knee pain accompanied me everywhere. Walking longer distances was a disaster, and climbing stairs was an absolute no-go.

From Under-Water to Above-Water

As soon as I finished uni and had my first corporate check, I picked up scuba diving. I loved the underwater world since I was a kid and always wanted to dive. My parents used to take us to the seaside every single year. I got my first underwater goggles from my father by the age of four. I would spend hours upon hours watching fish hide in the sand bank and admire the different light patterns reflected from the sun.

In 2009 I became a rescue diver. I’ve been diving for well over twenty years now and the underwater world has become my second home. I’m super grateful that I had the opportunity to dive in some of the most amazing spots on our beautiful planet while hanging out and befriending fantastic people from all walks of life.

While scuba diving made things easier on my knees and joints, I still wasn’t satisfied with my abilities above water. Walking longer distances continued to be an issue although the inflammation and swallowing vanished. Incorporating yoga into my practice further strengthened certain muscle groups and improved my mobility which was always good thanks to ballet and figure skating.

The next major shift in my sports career happened a few years ago when I stumbled upon the KneeOverToesGuy. His unconventional methods to strengthen the knees immediately caught my attention. Unlike mainstream sports, fitness, and gym trainers he teaches one to walk backward and practice exercises while allowing the knees to cover the toes. This guy who had several knee surgeries while playing professional basketball had come up with a training method that managed to not only get him back on the court but also enabled him to train world-leading athletes to get back into their professional arena.

I resonated with his story and I started incorporating several of his elements into my training. Watching my tendons, joints, muscles, and knees become supersonic was the reward.

Fast forward to last year in June upon watching runners go through the finish line of a marathon, I decided to run the marathon in one year.

A few days ago I ran at the Vienna City Marathon.

Willpower and Discipline: Two Underrated Forces

If you’re in the ‘minimize regrets’ business like I am, you understand the importance of deploying willpower and discipline to attain certain skills, experiences, and knowledge to reach your targets, goals, dreams, and more importantly, your life’s mission.

Let’s face it: Fundamentals are boring. Therefore, most people focus on the fancy, trendy, cool stuff hyped up by media, so-called influencers, and you name it.

We all know how perceptions can be hijacked, twisted, and manipulated to fit into a certain paradigm designed to shut down your thinking brain and entertain your Reptilian Cortex.

What a genius way to put your critical thinking gear into sleep mode.

We live in a super-fast-paced world, where strategies and tactics that worked an hour ago perform ridiculously poorly a couple of hours later. Navigating life and business under these circumstances requires discernment and focused attention on universally governing principles we can all tap into if we choose to.

Two Fundamental Pillars: Willpower and Discipline

Duality reigns the third-dimensional realm we call “home”. Our avatar is perfectly designed to thrive in this harsh environment given the proper nutrients, care, and love. However, our multidimensional spirit finds it super challenging to align the mind with the physical body, thus being able to harness all the goodies that reside in the all-encompassing zero point.

We end up pushing and pulling various strings to see what works and what doesn’t. We test, fail, get up, and try again. Just like a merry-go-round, we stumble through life, trying to enjoy the adventure to our best capacities and capabilities.

Those who succumb to fear give up on their dreams and watch others race through different finish lines set up by a human species focused on external projectors, labels, identities, and taglines such as “success,” for example.

Then, you find beautiful souls that don’t get discouraged despite facing unfathomable adversities. They turn inwards, realizing that they have all the puzzle pieces required to have a fulfilling professional career or business from the start. This is when the individual’s unique blueprint kicks in, and the soul, having the human experience, remembers its mission on this turquoise planet.

Willpower and discipline don’t necessarily fit in the “flow state” category, as they require an inner push. It’s why I like to refer to them as “push-pillars”. Unfortunately, they often carry a negative connotation and are abandoned by people because they require consistent effort over an extended period. More so, those who want to achieve significant results will need to incorporate willpower and discipline into their toolkit throughout their lives.

Obviously, the quick-fix, comfort-driven, and consumption-oriented individual will ditch these pillars right away, as they don’t align with the low-vibrational state from which humans navigate life.

No wonder that advocates of willpower and discipline who adhere to the principles derived from the two are a minority species in today’s age.

The Punchline

Willpower and discipline may be unpopular, but they are foundational building blocks for life, health, relationships, and ultimately business.

An article, podcast, or video about mastering the fundamentals rarely catches fire in the mainstream “slither”, but when it does, it’s due to a rise in awareness and consciousness towards aspects of life that can’t be put off and ignored by the masses any longer.

Define Success On Your Terms

Who and what determines whether you’re successful or an utter failure? Is this an outside job or just one of those things we outsourced due to convenience? Welcome to a marvelous simulation and a carefully designed maze perfectly decorated to make it hard to remember who you are and why you came.

We are born into this world without a name, religion, belief system, or other labels, and yet, we’re all pure, innocent, and absolutely beautiful. We perceive everything around us as magic until someone steps in and tells us who we are, how to behave, what to believe, and where to go.

Like layers of an onion, we put on several coats to master the game of life, only to realize that we never needed them as we came equipped with everything required to thrive. The unlearning and reprogramming begin, which is a process that requires us to turn inward and discover who we truly are.

It’s an adventurous journey with no beginning or end that requires resilience, discipline, and a relentless focus on uncovering our sacred gifts, talents, and strengths.

Back to our initial question:

Who and What Determines Whether You’re Successful?

Let’s make it short and quick:

YOU!

You determine your success.

You define the parameters of success and what meaning you give it.

Being a good father and spending precious time daily with your children might be one or your single most important element to success. Fostering a loving and harmonious relationship with your partner, husband, or wife might be another one of those key ingredients to success. Building a generational business, investing time and resources into community work, helping out charities, funding schools and education in poverty neighborhoods, etc. – all these parameters can be part of your unique success blueprint.

Does fame and fortune equal success?

If that’s essential to you and part of your success formula, then the answer is: Yes, absolutely! However, if you join this bandwagon despite having a different set of principles and values in life, you might end up disillusioned.

Don’t let the outside world dictate and overwrite your inner world!

You didn’t come here to be a sheepo and follow the herd.

The Intel Lies in Failures and Mistakes

I’m obsessed with failing fast and gathering vast amounts of data aka intel that allows me to tweak my approach and test new avenues.

I consider mistakes precious diamonds showcasing different paths, outcomes, and patterns. Learning from mentors, peers, teachers, colleagues, family, and friends adds further information to our adventure, helping us navigate the matrix better.

Life is a game of possibilities, and we get to pick and choose whether we go left, right, up, down, through, above, underneath, etc. You get the gist.

The very same applies to what we refer to as “success”.

We get to choose what meaning we give this word and whether we dance with it or leave it be. Don’t let duality cripple you; there’s no right or wrong.

Get crystal clear on what’s important to you, and remember to add fun, laughter, joy, and other exotic spices to the mix. Enjoy the ride. It’s a game after all.

Strength In Business
Banned on LinkedIn? Here’s What to Do

My journey on LinkedIn started well over a decade ago, and it’s been a smooth journey until a few months ago. The social network was an interesting medium for connecting with like-minded individuals from all walks of life while sharing business posts and my latest creative work. In September 2024, my account was suspended.

It happened out of the blue, without notice or warning whatsoever. I published a post stating that I’m growing my team and looking to hire a designer, a videographer, an event manager for my upcoming live events, and sales reps. Approximately three hours after I posted, I couldn’t access my account any longer.

Upon login, I was asked to provide a government ID.

“That’s strange”, I thought to myself while going through a quick mental checklist.

I have not used a VPN to access and post on LinkedIn that day.

I have not posted something that violates LinkedIn’s T&C.

I haven’t spammed other accounts with idiotic messages.

I knew that “hacking” my account was nearly impossible as I used an external hardware authentication device for multi-factor authentication.

So, what had happened?

Why was my account suspended?

And more importantly:

How can I regain access to my LinkedIn account without providing a government ID?

The Data Goldmine

Unless you’ve spent the last two decades under a rock, you should be super familiar with the concept of social platforms harvesting and harnessing tremendous amounts of data.

Yep, my personal data. Your personal data. Your neighbors, colleagues, friends, and supposedly enemies’ personal data.

If you’ve never used a social platform, a messaging app, or a smartphone, or if you’ve never downloaded apps from the Google Play Store or the Apple store, you might be less exposed to the wonderful land of “data mining”.

The data tech behemoths from Silicon Valley, Seattle, Beijing, and Hong Kong (just to name a few) thrive on our data. If you still think Whatsapp, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, and the likes are free, think harder.

For now, verifying an account is optional. I’m not convinced this will remain as such for far too long, but that’s an entirely different topic.

As I’m not a fan of providing biometrics and other additional info to these companies, I decided to find a way to regain access to my account without uploading a government ID.

Reaching out to LinkedIn via X/Twitter

First, I consulted with my lawyer. She found the whole thing quite suspicious.

Next, I tried to contact LinkedIn’s help center via different pages. My business page remained online all this time, however, as it was linked to my personal account and a specific email address, there was no way I could send the form to LinkedIn.

After several of my attempts to reach out to LinkedIn directly failed, I found a thread on Reddit where users were complaining about their LinkedIn accounts being banned and not being able to reach the company. Someone suggested they try to use Twitter to connect with LinkedIn.

I fired up my X account aka former Twitter and looked for different LinkedIn handles. This is how I came across the handle @LinkedInHelp and sent them a DM.

One week after my initial DM got no response,

Strength In Business
Speak Life into Your Ambitions

We are bombarded left, right, and center with data and information so much that we forget who we are and, more importantly, our mission. What are your dreams and ambitions? What is it that you want to accomplish?

Our thoughts get influenced and infiltrated, and we have forgotten how to tap into the quantum field to pull what we want from the metaphysical realm into this 3D reality quickly and effortlessly. We overanalyze the notion of “manifestation” and procrastinate from taking massive action. Thinking, wishing, hoping, and fantasizing about our goals isn’t going to move the needle unless we combine these ingredients with doing.

Desiring success, aspiring to achieve a certain status, and focusing all our energy on a specific target will deplete us of life if we don’t couple it with our inner guidance.

We’ve heard it time and time again:

It’s a process, a journey, and a magnificent adventure if we lean into it and become a master of walking the middle path by pulling in the goodies from the extremities.

The Battlefield of Life

As I’m reflecting upon my weaponry, armory, and approach in life, being fully aware of the fact that all the above are easier said than done, I can’t dismiss the fact that we’re here to evolve, grow, and ultimately transform.

What’s all this got to do with ambitions?

Well, if we think of our life force as the most precious commodity in the universe, unlike the false mantra of “time” being put on a pedestal, we realize that ticking off a “to do” or “dream” list won’t cut it for us. There is more to “ambitions” than we accept and realize.

Yes, having a purpose is super important.

So are drive, passion, enthusiasm, hunger, desire, striving, pushing, and we can add more ingredients to the delicious recipe.

In the end, it all comes down to our ability to transmute and alchemize energy into high vibrational patterns that enable us to create and live harmoniously. This is when we gain a deeper understanding of the underlying correlations and synchronicities that shape and mold the world we live in. It’s when we realize that health, abundance, and freedom are our birthrights.

We Are Sovereign and Ambitious Beings

What mystics have revealed for hundreds, even thousands of years, is now hitting mainstream science. Why was the worshiping gene encoded into our DNA?

We’ll let genealogists and quantum physicists figure that one out. At the same time, we dive deeper into our hearts and reconnect with our intrinsic intelligence as this will make us innerstand (not a typo!) that we didn’t come to this planet to be measly followers.

Birds don’t need leaders to help them navigate, nor do we require some XYZ expert to tell us what to do. We are sovereign beings. We are the guardians of this beautiful turquoise planet we call home.

Let the inner wisdom guide you on your path. Pay attention and observe what is reflected back to you from the outside, as it’s a perfect mirror designed to trigger you and unleash your diamond spark. Speak life into your ambitions.

Strength In Business
The Hack Dogma

Tips, tricks, and hacks … We are bombarded with them in business, sports, relationships, personal development, spirituality, and (insert) XYZ field. Some work, but most don’t. The question is: When are you consciously going to pull yourself out of this trap?

If we look beyond the semantics of the word “hack” we end up with shortcuts, among other peculiar ingredients. We want to be successful, appreciated, and celebrated by our peers, colleagues, friends, family, relatives, and even our so-called enemies.

While we’re desperately looking for outside validation, we distance ourselves from our inner core and lose sight of who we are and what our mission is on this beautiful turquoise planet we call home.

Inner Harmony Precedes Outside Success

Hack yourself first before you try to hack the world.

Feel free to replace the word “hack” with know, understand, and love.

This shift in perception has been a game-changer for me, and I’m convinced it’s been for you too, if you’ve adhered to it.

We operate in a world where our senses are hijacked and plugged into the sweet deals and goodies the simulation has developed. Only those willing to pull back the apparently sophisticated layers of the program will be rewarded with a deeper understanding of self, which ultimately ties into remembering who we truly are:

Namely, consciousness having a brief experience in a human avatar.

This insight might be a stretch for rigid-minded business personalities, characters, and identities addicted to labeling themselves and others around them. However, when you become an avid student of pulling strength from the good and bad, dark and light, to zero in and walk the middle path, you become invincible, unbreakable, and aligned with yourself. After all, we live in a world of duality, so we might as well train and learn to master the game.

A Kaleidoscope of Hacks

When was the last time you’ve been triggered by the word “hack”?

Reacting to certain “commands” has been carefully designed and encoded into our biological computer. When we turn inwards, open our hearts, and dive deeply into our diamond spark, all we have to do is listen closely to the subtle communication.

As sentient beings, we’re equipped with an amazing antenna that enables us to emit and receive information. Deciphering the data streams is critical in a world where energies are channeled into creating mayhem and chaos.

Trust your innate intelligence. Connect with it daily and let it guide you through the maze.

Build a personalized and individualized bouquet of hacks that resonate with you. Let the copycats waste their precious life force on worshiping and trying to be someone else.

Know you. Do you. Double, triple, heck, quadruple down on your unique hacks, which I call sacred gifts and talents.

Strength In Business
Building a Business is a Marathon, Not a Sprint

Building a business is a marathon. It requires devotion, commitment, and resilience. Mistakes, setbacks, and struggles are guaranteed. Success is not. Sacrificing everything, including your health and family, for a business idea is bad advice.

I was exposed to the entrepreneurial realm since early childhood. I used to help my grandmother sell vegetables and flowers when I was 3-4 years old. Then school and university aka “The Program” kicked in, and I was heading for a corporate career. After climbing the glorious ladder and moving between multinationals, I exited the system and let my entrepreneurial spirit continue the journey that I had interrupted after I turned six.

Over the years and decades, I’ve received a ton of amazing, as well as terrible business advice. I’ve had the opportunity to negotiate and close multi-million dollar deals, lead big teams, build my own company as well as help clients build, grow, and sell businesses. I’ve been in business for several decades and I am an avid student of sales, marketing, and, more importantly, human relationships.

As I’m training for my first marathon, I can’t disregard what I’ve learned in business and not be willing to see the similarities between building a successful business and prepping for a marathon. It starts with observing the mental diarrhea and the emotional rollercoaster and ends with adjusting the physical imprint on the body.

Burn the Ships. No Lifeboats. Really?

“Go all in”, “Burn the ships”, and “No plan B” … are some of the standard tips that get promoted by wealthy entrepreneurs and business experts who should know better.

How well have these “nuggets of wisdom” worked for the folks promulgating these ideas?

Did they adhere to their own advice when building their companies?

I’m convinced many of you have read or at least heard of Sun Tzu’s book “The Art of War.” Or maybe you’re a weirdo like me, who studied Genghis Khan’s and Napoleon Bonaparte’s warfare strategies and tactics meticulously.

They may have used the phrases above, but the execution reveals what they truly meant. You see, Genghis Khan didn’t prioritize war over his family. He planned and strategized extensively, and when he decided to go “all-in” he had his entire family with him.

How often have you heard the experts explain that “all-in” doesn’t mean to the detriment of your health, family life, and relationships?

Never?

Sacrificing your health to build a business is straight-out dumb.

Sacrificing your family life and the relationships with your loved ones to pursue a business idea is ridiculous advice.

What about the following “novel” concept:

1. Get super efficient with your time. Work at night, early in the morning, or on weekends when the phone isn’t buzzing frequently, and you can get more done.

2. Choose a business you’re devoted to. Devotion and dedication trump passion. You better love what you’re doing, as this will help you overcome the obstacles.

3. Failure is part of the game. Get up, dust yourself off, and keep going. Strengthen your mental stamina, expand your consciousness, acquire new skills, and never stop learning and growing as an individual. Your business is a reflection of you.

4. Be smart. Entrepreneurship sounds sexy, but it isn’t meant for everyone. Keep your job or side hustle until your business can cover the bills, especially if you have dependents.

5. Focus on your strengths. Outsource. Get people on board who cover your weaknesses. Double, triple,

When Preparation Meets Opportunity

Preparation is a key ingredient in life. Albeit underestimated, this “task” for lack of a better word, causes division among human beings. While some see a waste of time in it, others would bet their existence on it.

In a world where duality reigns, we like to split and separate ourselves from those with different perspectives. We judge and put things into boxes to enable us to navigate this 3D maze. Some apply push strategies to various areas in their lives, whereas others rely on the state of flow, trying to make sense of the pull strategy. Few manage to stick around at the extremes; most bathe in the middle, trying to juggle the two to their best capabilities.

I like to look at the preparation state as a train station. You can dress fancy, bring all your beautiful suitcases, purchase your ticket and still not feel prepared enough to jump on the next train. Then, some sit at the train station watching trains pass by but never dare to embark or haven’t got a clue where to go. Sitting at the train station in a familiar environment keeps them safe, so they think.

Of course, you also have those who come with a light bag and jump on the upcoming train confident that they will figure out how to buy a ticket on the go and face the adventures at their destination head-on.

Over- or Under-Prepared

Balance in a world of duality is a challenge. Some say you can never be over-prepared, whereas others argue that being under-prepared allows the individual to tap more fluidly into their resourcefulness, thus leading them to come up with new ideas created from the depths of the unknown.

Here’s what I’ve observed on my journey so far:

1. Recognizing an opportunity when unprepared is challenging. If you’re not prepared, chances are, you won’t recognize an opportunity waiting for you on the other side.

2. Squeezing the max out of an opportunity requires preparation. If you’re not prepared, however, you recognize there’s an underlying opportunity, you won’t be able to reap the rewards and capitalize on it because you don’t have what it takes to get/ do it.

3. Preparation takes energy aka life force. You can shorten the period to acquire certain skills and hone in on your sacred gifts and talents, but you’ll still need to exchange time, money, or other resources.

4. Obsessing with preparation kills momentum. There comes a time when you’d better jump on the opportunity train. If you keep your focus and single point of attention on over-preparing and obsessing with all the details, you’ll miss several opportunity trains that might get you closer to your destination with a little less preparation.

5. Preparation will help you when the unexpected occurs. There’s one thing in life that comes uninvited: it’s the unexpected. You can’t plan for it, but you can definitely prepare to be able to wither a massive storm.

“Opportunity does not waste time with those who are unprepared.” – Idowu Koyenikan

Zeroing In on Preparation

The word “balance” gets thrown around a lot these days. I like to use the words “zeroing in” and “alchemizing” to express how I deploy preparation to meet opportunities.

First off, preparation doesn’t exclude inspiration, nor does it exclude creativity and intuition. You can still achieve a state of flow while preparing.

Second, preparation has helped me uncover some of my sacred gifts, thus enabling me to knock on the door of opportunity more courageously and confidently.

Upgrading Your Mentors

High-performance mentors will push your buttons and trigger you to ensure you raise your standards, crush your limitations, and bring forth the very best version of yourself. As you grow and evolve, upgrading your mentors will help you unlock even more hidden resources and navigate to shores others deem impossible to reach.

When equipped with the proper tools, information, and mindset, playing the game of life becomes an amazing adventure. You can opt for the hard route by letting the ego be in the driver’s seat or invite several masters to help you navigate the journey smoothly. The nuggets of wisdom these beautiful souls can share with you will catapult your experience so that you can enjoy the crazy ride on this magical planet we call Earth even more.

If you want to thrive, unlock your maximum potential, and play your A-game, you might want to consider upgrading your mentors.

Here are my high-performance mentors from the following three “categories” for lack of a better word: business, mindset, and spirituality. I’ll provide an in-depth example using the third category as it gives a special flavor to the insights I’m about to share with you.

High-Performance Business Mentors

When it comes to acquiring, merging, and selling businesses my high-performance mentor is none other than the Trillion Dollar Man, Dan Pena.

To squeeze the juice out of my marketing campaigns, I turn to my marketing mentor Dan Kennedy. Dan’s copywriting teachings have helped me craft incredibly successful and highly profitable Facebook advertising campaigns that I used to set up for my clients, train corporate teams, and also teach inside my Advertising Academy for a decade.

High-Performance Mindset Mentors

Those of you familiar with my story, know that I’m a passionate scuba diver and a huge advocate of constantly increasing and strengthening my mental stamina. Being a rescue diver and experiencing the “not-so-fun” part of this amazing sport that I love, requires among other things, a mind of steel. Therefore, learning from the best is a must for me.

So, who are my teachers?

Of course, I turn to three Navy Seals legends to train and sharpen my mind to the maximum. These gentlemen are ruthless in their approach to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for a human being. Their no-BS mental strategies and techniques have enabled me to surpass tumultuous situations efficiently, gracefully, and elegantly.

The three Navy Seals gentlemen are Michael Jaco, David Goggins, and Jocko Willink.

You might find the following two posts that I’ve written of value as they are about Jaco’s and Goggins’ latest book releases.

Life is a Mind Game – This one is about David Goggins’ book “Can’t Hurt Me”.

Awaken Your Spirit with The Intuitive Warrior by Michael Jaco

High-Performance Spiritual Mentors

I added this “category” of mentors to my vita only a few years back. To say that I’m a newbie to the spiritual space is an understatement. However, I’ve always been an avid student of quantum physics and everything related to harnessing the field to upgrade my life on this beautiful turquoise planet we call home.

Celebrated for Your Uniqueness Or Punished for Not Conforming

Conventional wisdom is almost always wrong. If you take a different route from where the masses are heading, chances are you’ll be on the right path. Your uniqueness makes you stand out if you accept the challenge and embrace the perks that come with it. Remember, you can’t borrow enthusiasm.

If you live in a big city or travel to one and happen to take public transport, you’ll be mesmerized by the sheer number of drained characters dragging their bodies through the day while pouring all their life force into a device.

This one-way energy exchange fills the pockets of shareholders hanging out at country clubs and other Elite gatherings while focusing on what matters most: RELATIONSHIPS. This my friends is a two-way exchange that often catapults one’s wealth and induces exponential growth on a personal level.

Looking into someone’s eyes and greeting them, having a brief conversation with a “stranger”, smiling while you walk in and out of the underground, meeting a beautiful soul, and discovering you have more in common than keeping your phone locked inside your pocket has become a rarity in today’s human-made chaotic environment.

If you are mentally strong, emotionally stable, and not addicted to all the tech gadgets and apps cleverly marketed as lifeboats, you have already ticked the “uniqueness” box in a matrix where non-playing characters are celebrated and held on a pedestal.

How do we best navigate this illusion where everything is twisted, manipulated, and flipped upside-down?

Get Comfortable with “Not Conforming”

Get comfortable with pushing the limits and boundaries of what’s possible for you.

Get comfortable with being healthy and full of vitality, when your friends are obsessing about medical checks, and taking all kinds of pills and supplements.

Get comfortable with being super successful in business and choosing to hang out with a different breed of high-achievers.

Get comfortable with having lots of free time on your hands, when others are caught up in the rat race program.

Get comfortable with having lots of money and investing into assets, when others focus on buying the latest XYZ liability.

Get comfortable homeschooling your children, when others put them into public or private schools.

Get comfortable with taking care of your parents and grandparents, when your friends and relatives advise you to put them into a nursing home or assisted living center.

Get comfortable living without a TV, turning off your WiFi after a certain hour, and leaving all gadgets outside your bedroom.

Get comfortable with not using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Co. as the masses do.

Get comfortable with living outside the norm.

To recap:

Conventional wisdom is almost always wrong.

The Power of Not Giving a Flying You Know What …

When I tell people I don’t have any traditional social media and messaging apps installed on my phone, they look at me as if I just landed from Mars. The same applies to my laptop which runs on Linux instead of Windows or macOS.

Do I care about people’s good opinion of me not using one of the mainstream apps?

Nope.

I am super comfortable with interacting and living outside the norm.

When Business Meets Fiction

A couple of weeks ago I published my first fiction book. It’s been a magical adventure bar none. Although I’ve written several business books over the past two decades, creating the mystical and galactic pieces that are part of “Spiritual Harvest” has been a blast.

What led me down this path? How is writing a fiction book different from publishing business-related insights?

First things first. “Spiritual Harvest” is a collection of stories and poems inspired by the quantum. The book includes more than fifty exclusive pieces that haven’t been published elsewhere. For those of you who want to have a quick taste of my poems and short stories, I invite you to jump over to the decentralized Hive blockchain at @KriszRokk.

As I mentioned in the intro of “Spiritual Harvest”, I wrote my first story at the age of 7. After that, my gift laid dormant for several decades until September 2022 when I crafted my first poem. Since then, I’ve written over 200 poems and short stories. Some of these creative pieces are included in the book. Others, such as the fiction series “The War on Sirius B” are waiting for a proper director to be turned into a movie or 3D video animation.

Fiction vs. Non-Fiction

What a beautiful and mystical ride it has been to put together all the creative pieces that are now part of Spiritual Harvest. It’s been a wonderful journey into the depths of my soul, a self-discovery trip par excellence. This book helped me remember who I am and reactivate many components of myself by connecting to my innate intelligence. I continue this path as it’s so rewarding thus pulling back the layers of the ego while enabling the trifecta brain, heart, and gut to stay balanced and in coherence.

I witnessed a lot of similarities between the creation process of Spiritual Harvest and the German edition of my business book about podcasting, “Die Podcasting-Goldgrube” which became an Amazon best seller.

It took me only five days to write the podcasting book but that’s not where the commonality lies, as it required several months to create the stories and poems that are included in my fiction book. The way I’ve written the podcasting book AKA the way the information flooded my senses which I now know happened by intuitively tapping into the quantum field, is where it’s at. I was the vessel for the information. I received a “massive download” for lack of better words.

Writing the business books except the one mentioned previously, was more of a mechanical job. I would sit down and write from experience. It was a logical process guided almost entirely by the left brain. Today, I’d say it was more of a mental push strategy rather than letting the inner wisdom guide me. I wasn’t in a state of flow although my mind tricked me into thinking I was.

Quite the opposite is true for the podcasting book and my newly released fiction book.

I remember sitting down in front of my laptop at 8 AM and starting to type at my podcasting book. I would go on writing until 4 or 5 PM without breakfast or lunch. I would get up briefly to go to the bathroom and have a glass of water but that was about it. This writing pattern continued for five consecutive days after which my book was done. I was in awe as I could barely remember how everything came together.

Rejected? So What?

Your product or service was rejected? Was the answer to your proposal a resonating “no”? How about the deal you’ve put your heart and soul into didn’t close as expected? And what about your date that didn’t even bother to show up?

If you’re playing this human game on Earth right now, chances are that you’ve been rejected at least once thus far. I don’t want to spoil the enthusiasm, but I’m convinced most of you reading this have learned to cope with rejection.

Whereas some beautiful souls feed from rejection and have learned to transform this low-frequency vibration into something powerful, such as mental strength, emotional stability, and heightened awareness, others continue to suffer and deploy a variety of tools and strategies to alleviate the pain that surges from the word “no.”

The Power of “NO”

YES and NO are the most powerful words, aka spells, in the universe.

When you innerstand (that’s not a typo!) on a cellular level what I’m about to share with you now, you can alchemize all the “NO’s” that come your way.

YES and NO are the same thing. They reside at the end of the same spectrum. When we collapse the wave of “NO,” we get a “YES.”

Therefore, the million-dollar question in this 3D reality is this:

How do we collapse the wave? How do we turn a “NO” into a “YES”?

Here’s my short and sweet answer to that:

We do it by zeroing in on “push” and “pull”.

Now, let me elaborate on the concept mentioned above:

We live in a game of duality: Up, down. Left, right. Dark, light. Inside, outside.

While most of the time, we find ourselves bouncing around from one extreme to the other, there are those magical times when things seem to flow easily and effortlessly. This happens when we’re in balance. The chatter in the mind slows down or dissipates entirely, and we start to attract things into our lives at a fast pace. Unfortunately, these moments only last briefly as we are thrown back into the craziness of everyday life, paddling against the tides.

I’ve been in sales for as long as I can remember. As a child, I accompanied my grandmother to the local market, where we would sell seasonal vegetables and flowers. At this very young age, I was fortunate enough to experience first-hand the pros and cons of both push and pull strategies/techniques. Rarely would a customer show up who was a master of balancing the two.

Later, when I joined the corporate world, I witnessed the push strategy being deployed to the utmost extremes, harming sales and profits and destroying business relationships. When I transitioned to the entrepreneurial realm, I expected a more careful approach to the push strategy and a better integration of pull methods. My expectations were partly met. Both realms excel at the ends of the spectrum, and there is little understanding of the importance of balancing the two.

Operating from the Middle of the Infinity Loop

The most spectacular results are accomplished when zeroing in, aka balancing both push and pull. This goes beyond business; it applies to sports, dating, and life in general.

While push requires a lot of effort and willpower, it ultimately burns out the individual and the business in the long run. Pull is associated with magnetism and a clear intention of where one wants to go and take the business. A state of constant magnetism might seem desirable from the outside, but the act of “doing nothing” deprives the human mind, body, and soul of fully experiencing life on this beautiful blue planet.

Failing Doesn’t Mean You’re A Failure

I failed many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I’m addicted to failing fast, readjusting my approach, tweaking the strategy, and moving forward. Does this make you (if you do the same) or me a failure? NO!

You must move out of the comfort zone bubble to grow and accomplish your dreams. The moment you do that, your rate of failure will increase exponentially. The trick is to fail quickly and learn from those failures. Another trick is to learn from other people’s failures.

Will you repeat certain “mistakes” or “failures” (for lack of a better word) over and over again? Probably. I do it until my biological computer inside this physical avatar gets it on a deep subatomic level. The moment the cells integrate the information and lesson that comes with it accordingly, I will stop repeating the so-called “failure.”

This is what people get entirely wrong. They associate failing with being a failure. And that my friends is very dangerous.

Failing and Succeeding are on the Same Spectrum

… more specifically, they are one and the same thing.

What I just wrote is very difficult for the human mind to comprehend. In a world of duality and separation, it’s hard to bring across a concept based on unity.

Good and bad, young and old, female and male, up and down, left and right, light and dark are all part of everything and, consequently, nothing. We thrive when we are one and struggle when fighting our perceived enemy in the mirror, which merely reflects who we are at the core.

Let’s take this quantum physics law and apply it to business as it’s one of the most straightforward fields to dissect based on quantifiable metrics such as revenue, profits, company size, number of employees, etc.

In business and entrepreneurship, we link success to money and failure to lack of it. Obviously, through the rise of social media networks, we added a few more “blurry” components and labels to success, such as influencers or number of followers, to add a couple; however, the main pillar remains money.

Unless you inherited loads of money from a generational endeavor or married a wealthy fellow/lady, chances are you’ll fail your way to success and, if all goes well, to money and wealth.

The following quote by Winston Churchill comes to mind:

“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”

A Failure? Really? Come On, Wake Up

You’re a Diving Spark, a beautiful soul, a quantum architect, and a powerful being.

Stop associating failure with you.

Stop believing all the narratives cleverly perpetrated throughout various mediums and networks. They are meant to keep you small. Their primary purpose is to make you drop into the low-vibrational frequency of fear so that you allow your precious energy and life force to be sucked out of you.

Remember who you are. Know that you are amazing, a supersonic beacon of light with stellar capabilities.

Step up to the game of business and life. Fail forward, fail fast, and get up. You’ve done this for billions of years. Trust your innate intelligence. Own your outcomes.

Marketing is a Fancy Word for Test

Test, iterate, and retest. Testing the variables, and refining a product or service through repeated adjustment cycles is in essence marketing and this is what people get wrong.

I’ve been operating in this space for more than two decades now and whenever I’m asked what precise code will unlock the treasure trove, I humbly reply with: “We’ll need to test it.”

There is no recipe for success to be replicated 1:1 to achieve the same results. Variables differ across businesses, time, ecosystems, economies, etc. Everything is in a constant flow and therefore you’ll need to test what works best for you in that specific time frame.

Yes, there are key ingredients to success that are the foundation aka the main pillars required to attain a certain outcome. Those should be included in the recipe. Apart from that, you’ll encounter a plethora of variables that add a specific flavor and a unique spice to what it is you’re offering.

Indeed, success leaves clues, and there’s a lot of wisdom in adhering to core principles that enable you to mirror processes and fast-track the learning curve.

However, testing will reveal the good and the bad to help you understand where you’re at.

Get As Many “NO”’s As Possible Out of Way

So then, what’s marketing all about?

Here’s the non-academic and non-mainstream approach to marketing:

* Test as many variables as you possibly can. Test them in sequence but also test groups of variables at once.

* Adjust continuously. Be ferocious when it comes to improving your copywriting, the imagery, the color palette, etc.

* Take ownership of testing results. This will catapult your ability to deal with rejection.

* Test quickly. Don’t wing it. Communicate the steps to your team.

* Use the feedback loop to improve.

* Test again. And again. And again.

* Build a marketing bouquet of “NO”s. Learn from the journey.

* Sharpen your skills and acquire new ones.

* Stay open-minded.

* Be flexible.

* Tweak your approach to testing aka marketing as you move along.

This gives you a fair insight as to what blueprint my team and I follow when we embark on a new marketing adventure with a client.

Here’s What Marketing Is NOT …

Marketing is not your brand, story, tagline, website, or some fancy ad on Facebook.

If we reverse-engineer the concept of marketing we end up with testing.

Big retail companies continuously test the store layout. They even have a department in charge of this task; it’s the category managers. Ecomm shops always test their color palette, the position and size of the search icon, and how related products and bundles are displayed to ensure their marketing enhances and influences customer behavior.

Furthermore, marketing works in tandem with sales. Those who understand the power of this lethal combination rarely think and design campaigns in silos.

So, what’s it going to be? Will you adhere to the mainstream narrative of what marketing is supposed to be, or are you open to new perspectives that embrace the notion of marketing as a gigantic pool of testing?

The Opportunity is in the Uncertainty

In the world of entrepreneurship, uncertainty prevails. The journey is chaotic, full of traps and pitfalls thus adding a special flavor to the adventure while shaping the individual accordingly.

Embarking on this journey, putting on the solopreneur or small business owner hat, requires resilience and a strong willingness to learn. While increasing mental stamina, knowing how to juggle with numbers (e.g. cash flow), and being a visionary and avid salesperson are key ingredients, there’s always room for someone to bring on the team to help you with most of the above.

However, there is one component, you won’t be able to outsource and that’s your ability to deal with or better yet, embrace uncertainty.

If I say to you, that you’ll have to learn to dance with uncertainty, you might laugh at me.

But think about it:

Can you predict your future?

Yes, you can set time aside to strategize where you want to take your business.

Obviously, it’s wise to have money parked in the business to grab an opportunity when it shows up or cover certain losses when they arise.

Indeed, you can hire top people on the team to help you scale the business and increase your base line but at the end of the day, there’s always going to be a blind spot, a space I like to call mystical that will surprise you and take you to places you never thought existed.

Therefore, instead of dwelling and torturing yourself with the notion of the unknown, rather giving in and embracing the magic of uncertainty is an interesting way of approaching challenges in business and life in general.

Staying Open to the Marvelous World of All Possibilities

We see and know so little about our business, life, and the universe, and yet we think we have it all under control. What a fallacy.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand, appreciate, and value the importance of bouncing ideas back and forth with people who have a different perspective on business and life.

Realizing that I can’t see the picture when I’m in the frame has opened my mind to a plethora of new, revolutionary insights. For example, a few weeks ago, I visited an exhibition on astrophotography and was struck by the concept of making sophisticated patterns look easy to grasp and for the mind to digest.

We tend to over-complicate processes in business ending up mesmerized by the sheer amount of tasks that cripple our creativity and drain our most vital source of energy, our life force.

Stress, frustration, anxiety, and similar low-vibration feelings hijack our consciousness thus urging us to avoid the unknown and run away from everything that is unfamiliar or might sprinkle a dust of uncertainty onto our well-shaped reality. We think that protecting our ‘Escape-land’ will somehow move us forward and bring us closer to our goals while the exact opposite happens.

“Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” – Tony Robbins

We’ve heard this quote so often and despite being regurgitated all over the web, we continue to run after the first part of the equation which more often than not is associated with money and fame, disregarding the crucial second part.

How well is numbing your senses working out for you?

For well over a decade, I played the success roulette running around like a hamster convinced that climbing at the top of some random mountain would give me everything I always wanted, only to end up feeling empty.

It was one of the most precious lessons I learned in ...

Juggling Boxes without Friction

How many boxes can you juggle in life without burning out? Have you discovered the sweet spot that enables you to move swiftly and friction-free between your pots?

Some boxes are more important than others. The core ones stay with us our whole lives whereas the seasonal ones will leave us at a certain stage aka cycle in life. The fundamental boxes are pretty much the same for all of us: health, love in the form of family, relationships and friendships, and career or business.

Is there a main box? And if so, which one is it?

Well, it’s the one that is with us from the first until the last breath we take. It’s the SELF box – not to be confused with the “shelf” box, although more often than not, we place ourselves last.

And then, there are the seasonal boxes as I like to call them. Some of the most prevalent ones are the sports, hobbies, and passion boxes.

Obviously, none of the boxes will ever be 100% pure; in the sense that you will have sports, passion, hobby, health, and love, for example, intertwined.

Stacking or Juggling Boxes – What’s it going to be?

Let me start by confessing that I’ve not figured this out for myself either. More so, I’m not over-analyzing or obsessing with it, as I think we’re here to experiment and try out as many things as possible.

Recently, I published an article on the Hive blockchain where I shared some insights about the act of balancing my core boxes in life. I defined my three main pots as health, family/relationships/friendships, and business. Furthermore, I shared Baroness Karren Brady’s three boxes which are similar to mine, except that she has “self” instead of my “health” box.

Yes, we can argue whether health is part of the “self” box and so forth, but that’s not the point of this topic. What I want to emphasize, is the importance of the following two aspects:

1. Knowing your boxes

2. Consciously choosing between boxes

How often have you tried to multi-task and have gloriously failed at it?

If the answer is “always”, you’re at least not lying to yourself.

This is where the SELF box comes into play. Investing time into knowing ourselves is crucial. As we move along in life and things get thrown at us aka life happens, we need time to adjust to external factors. This enables us to navigate the stormy waters with a heightened consciousness, without destroying ourselves and those around us.

Let’s tackle the terminology of “truth” in this context.

We all define and perceive truth differently. There is no universal truth albeit there are physical laws that apply to our physical reality as well as quantum principles that govern higher dimensions.

I’ve seen the concept of truth best play out in presentations and conversations. A couple of weeks ago I was part of an exercise where we had someone recite 20 words that were associated with going to bed at night. Funny enough, the word “bed” was never mentioned. Instead, words such as a pillow, dreams, snooze, alarm, night, etc. were enumerated.

When asked what words were used, one-third of the audience said “bed”. And here’s the kicker: This very same third of the audience was convinced that the word “bed” was among the 20 words spoken out loud. Even when the words were played back from a recording some of them couldn’t deal with the fact that they were wrong.

So, what’s the truth when we have such discrepancies when hearing a message?
