In Episode 15 of the Street TV podcast, Alex Alonso interviews London "Zel" Carter (b. 1954 -) who was a member of Blood Alley, an old gang from Los Angeles active during the 1960s and perhaps late 1950s. London came into Blood alley in the late 1960s when they were fading out.
