Alan retired from Raytheon Missile Systems on 31 July 2012, after serving as Director of Business Development for the Land Combat Product Line in Tucson, Arizona, for over 4 ½ years. During his 10 years with Raytheon, Alan served in a variety of leadership positions in strategy and business development, to include 2 ½ years as Director of Strategy for Raytheon Missile Systems, a $6B annual revenue business. While at Raytheon, Alan proved himself to be an expert leader, strategist, mentor, innovator, and diversity/inclusion advocate. He created a mentor organization for over 50 emerging leaders and sustained the organization for over 5 years. In recognition of these efforts Alan was awarded the Raytheon Excellence in Mentorship Award for 2012, an award limited to 30 recipients across the 70,000-employee base. Alan also served as a Raytheon Diversity and Inclusion “Game Changer” for over 5 years, a leadership position within the company to create positive change in this critical area. Alan supported numerous audiences across the organization with presentations on leadership, mentorship, strategy, strategic planning, and diversity/inclusion. He offers a unique ability to leverage his extensive military, industry, and non-profit experiences to personalize these critically important topics and connect to very diverse groups and organizations in ways that challenge, motivate and inspire them to be better as teams, leaders and followers. Before joining Raytheon, Alan served in the U.S. Army as a Colonel of Air Defense Artillery. Over his 26-year military career, Alan served in a variety of Army and Joint command and staff positions in the United States, Germany, Korea, Kosovo, and Saudi Arabia to include command of 2-43 ADA (PATRIOT) Battalion, XVIIIth Airborne Corps, from 1993-1995. Alan is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and he served as Chief of Staff for Task Force Falcon in NATO Peace Support Operations in Kosovo, experiences which profoundly influenced his views on diversity/inclusion and ethnic strife. During his career, Alan was awarded the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, 6 awards of the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Staff Badge and the Army Staff Badge among his many awards and decorations. Alan earned a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., in 1974, a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from the Army Command and General Staff College in 1989, and a second Master of Military Arts and Sciences degree from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) in 1990. He is a 1997 graduate of the Army War College where he also served as a guest lecturer on Strategic Planning. Alan served as Chairman of the Executive Board of Dreams for Kids, a Chicago-based children’s non-profit focused on giving a hand-up to disadvantaged youth from 2013-2015. He also served on the El Paso Holocaust Museum Board of Directors from 1999-2002, and as an ex-officio member of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 1999-2002. Alan was awarded the El Paso Conquistador Award by the Mayor of El Paso in 2002 for his service to the community. He most recently served as President of the Board of Directors for the Nesbit Lakes HOA, the 300-home community he resides in. Alan has been married to the former Paula Anne Williams from Suffern, N.Y., for the past 49 years. The Landry’s are the proud parents of daughters Emily (Medley) and Sarah (Reames), sons Britton and John, both Lieutenant Colonels serving in the US Army, and they are grandparents to 12 wonderful grandchildren. They currently reside in Alpharetta, GA.

Dr. Chris Auger serves with WinShape Teams as a Team and Leader Development Certified Coach. He enjoys facilitating meaningful and impactful client experiences that yield innovative and enduring solutions. In this role, he uses his experience and certifications to combine self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and servant leadership to build high-performing leaders, followers, and teams at work, home, and play. Chris’ passion for strong teams and leaders was ignited and developed over the course of his nearly 28 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL. Chris served 12 years as an enlisted U.S. Navy SEAL and then 16 years as a Commissioned SEAL Officer. He rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (LCDR/O4) selected for Commander (O5). Chris turned down the promotion to pursue more time with family and opted to retire in March 2015. He remains dedicated to seeing high-performing teams come to truly know and care for one another and to help each other become better. He is passionate about helping others become better versions of themselves so that we all flourish in life and work together. Dr. Auger is a Board-Certified Coach from the Center for Credentialing and Education and is certified to administer the Emotional Intelligence Quotient 2.0 (EQi 2.0) suite of emotional intelligence tools, Wiley's My Everything DiSC assessments, Full Focus Planner Certified Pro, the Birkman, and most recently the PRO D assessment. Dr. Auger received his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in leadership coaching in May 2018 from Regent University. He earned his Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, with an emphasis in project management and international business in 2010 and completed his undergrad at the University of Maryland University College in 2007 with a degree in Information Management Systems. Chris and his wife, Sandra, have been married for 32 years and have one daughter, Alexis, who is married to her husband Michael, and they have one daughter Ellie. PawPaw and LaLa enjoy their new roles as grandparents and love every minute of it. When he’s not hunting or fly fishing, being active outdoors, riding his ElliptiGo, or going on walks or kayaking with his wife, he’s probably cooking up a storm in the kitchen with his K9 companion Winston, a Jack Russel Pug mix.
