Episode 33: Defensive grit on display as Storm keep wounded Broncos try-less as Panthers challenge awaits
Stormy Daniel reviews the Round 23 victory over Brisbane. The Storm without question were at their defensive best against the Broncos on what was a gritty, grinding affair against Brisbane, who were coming off a 60 point destruction of Souths. What's making Storm news, Throwback Team List, your listener questions and TLT - team list Tuesday. Who's in? Who's out for the Storm's greatest challenge and test against the resurgent Panthers, who are full of confidence and momentum, aiming for their 10th win in a row. The 2020 and 2024 Grand Final combatants do battle once more, with both teams needing no added motivation than to get up for this clash, to get one over the other heading into the finals and to score a psychological blow over their opponent.

Episode 29: Gutsy Grant leads understrength Storm to victory
"Cometh the hour, cometh the man". When Melbourne needed a hero and someone to turn to in the face of adversity, captain Harry Grant stood up and delivered. Going into the Roosters clash with no Munster, no Papenhuyzen, no NAs, no MacDonald, Fa'alogo or Warbrick, then to lose Hughes to a shoulder injury mid-game, it was Grant who lifted and carried the Storm to victory. Quite possibly his finest hour, his best performance in a purple jersey. Stormy Daniel review the brave victory over the Roosters, covers off on what's making Storm news, throwback team list, team list Tuesday - who's in who's out for the Round 22 clash with the Eels at CommBank Stadium and of course, your listener questions.

Episode 28: Diabolical display against Sea Eagles places Storm's Top 2 aspirations in jeopardy
Everything to play for and Storm dished up their worst showing in goodness knows how long, perhaps, ever. Error ridden, poor completions and 80 minutes of ill discipline gifted their arch rivals a rare victory at AAMI Park. Coach Bellamy could not hide his disappointment, saying as much in the aftermath in the post game press conference, specifically on 'Old Boys' weekend. That in itself, should have given the Storm added incentive to lift, let alone continuing to maintain a Top 2 standing, to ensure a Week 1 Finals appearance. That now is in serious jeopardy, as is the closeness of this premiership season. Stormy Daniel gives his thoughts on the dismal performance, answers your listener questions, covers off on all Storm news, throwback team list and TLT - who's in, who's out for the all important clash with the Roosters at Allianz this Thursday night.

Episode 26: Smash and grab mission in Townsville makes it 5 in-a-row as a Storm rolls into Newcastle
Consistency is what Bellyache preached after Storm's Round 11 loss to the Sharks. Since then, through the problematic and challenging Origin period, Melbourne have won 5 in-a-row, including the smash and grab mission in Townsville. What made it more more impressive was that Storm were missing 10 of their regular 17 with the 'next man up' mentality in full effect and the players who were gifted their opportunity, grabbed it with both hands and contributed to a 26-20 win. Stormy Daniel covers off on what's making Storm news, throwback team list, listener question's and TLT - who's in? who's out? Who will back up after Game III, the decider, as Melbourne hit the road again, up to Newcastle to take on the Knights.

Episode 20: Consecutive victories give Storm a taste for more....more consistency that is
Back-to-back wins for the first time since Round 6, the Storm may have just found what they've been searching for in Season 2025. That being, consistency. Melbourne managed to limit the potent, attack filled Cowboys side, maintaining control and managing a 24 point win at the end of the 80 minutes. Storm now go into their third and final 'Bye' for the season, before a testing 12 weeks heading into the Finals. A complex task for the Football Department's brain trust to navigate. Episode 19: Uncomfortable win in the wet, but a win nonetheless
In what was torrential conditions on the Gold Coast, beautiful one day, wet the next - Storm managed to play to the conditions better than the Titans and came away with the 2 points in what can only be described as an uncomfortable watch where Melbourne never looked like they were in control. Wet weather is the great leveller, the great equaliser which inhibited the Storm to get their natural attacking game on. Despite not being able to execute like they would've liked to, they managed to complete high, hold the ball and came away with victory. Stormy Daniel covers off on the review of the win over the Titans, listener questions, what's making Storm news, Junior and Feeder team weekend wrap up, Throwback team list and TLT - team list Tuesday. What's making Storm news, Throwback Team List, your listener questions and TLT. Who's in, who's out? Episode 17: Inconsistency in Storm's game plaguing their Premiership campaign
Inconsistency or the lack of consistency from week to week, game to game is hurting the Storm. The inability to win back-to-back games or put together a string of wins is a concern. Whilst Melbourne have the artillery in their list to compete and dominate, it simply is not translating to on the field performances, as no doubt is giving the coaching staff and senior players some concern as Storm head into their second 'Bye' on Season 2025. The Bye probably comes at a good time to allow the Storm to reset, refocus and look ahead to Round 13, the halfway point of the NRL's Telstra Premiership season. Stormy Daniel covers off on what's making Storm news and takes your listerner question's in an abbreviated podcast episode this week with no game to preview.

Episode 14: Poor discipline costs Storm dearly in a Magic Round epic
In what started to look like a magical performance by Melbourne, quickly turned to disaster with the Storm's ill discipline costing them victory in an entertaining but spiteful match against the high flying Green Machine. Stormy Daniel shares his opinion as well as answers listener questions who also have questioned the poor discipline shown by the Storm.
