Stories of Faith is a religious podcast hosted by three members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, two of whom are converts to the faith. At Stories of Faith, we hope to share with listeners our testimonies of the gospel of Jesus Christ, to share different perspectives of theology, restoration theology, in particular, as well as featuring voices of other faith movements from time to time. Our goal is to embody the gospel and bring others closer to Jesus Christ in a loving, non-judgmental way and with the spirit of healthy dialogue and discussion.

In this episode we begin a series working our way through the missionary lessons in Preach My Gospel (the Church’s missionary guidebook), starting with the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, point 1: God as our loving Heavenly Father. This will serve as a general introduction to the basic theology of the church as is believed by general membership and the Church authorities themselves. After this series, we plan to dive into more issues that don’t necessarily coincide with official views and will explore the diverse set of beliefs that make up the Restoration Movement. Enjoy!
