Niels Pflaeging is founder of the BetaCodex Network, and partner/associate at Red42, based in Wiesbaden (Germany). Niels is also an investor in the tech startup disqourse, which was founded in September 2021.

Since 2006, Niels has been strongly involved in organizational transformation initiatives in firms both in Europe and in the Americas.
