1.  We are what we are by the Grace of God. 2.   We envy because of our Greed. 3.  We all want to be Great.

1.  God is the source of our power. 2.  grace is sufficient for every situation. 3.  Groans are strengthening.

1.  You should trust God because we are not in CONTROL. 2.  You should trust God because He is CLOSE. 3.  You should trust God if you want any COMFORT.

Coming to Jesus is not the same as accepting Jesus. 1.  Coming to Jesus is a continuous coming.  2.  Coming to Jesus is a certain coming. 3.  Coming to Jesus is a consecration. 

Father's Day 1.  Wounds are important (Discipline is a part of being a father.) 2.  Witness that fathers have (Fathers' instructions have effects on lives.) 3.  Work that God has called a father to be (Filled with the spirit to be the person God has called.)

Exodus 16:4-8, 11, 16-21 Manna means "what is it?" and represents the Word of God & the Incarnate Word (Christ) 1.  It is evident that Jesus is who He is. The evidence is sure.  2.  It is experiences of who He is - memories are built on how God has delivered. 3.  It is edible - appropriating the Word of God. 4.  It is enough - we'll look back and through all our ups and downs we'll realize we had enough.

Everything depends on me; I depend on God. Awaken to the need to fight for God. Fight for what is right. Wake up to the necessary fight, the conflict between two natures. General George Patton ordered the Third Army chaplain Msgr. James H. O'Neill to write a prayer in early December 1944, as rains were bogging down the Army's progress. Patton ordered it sent to every soldier under his command right before the Germans launched the Battle of the Bulge. The following is that prayer: "Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies, and establish Thy justice among men and nations. Amen"
