Welcome to St. Albert Alliance Church!
In a world obsessed with proving ourselves and chasing success, James reminds us that not all wisdom leads to life. Worldly wisdom is fueled by envy and selfish ambition and ultimately breeds disorder, but wisdom from above is born out of God-centered humility and results in peace and righteousness. True wisdom isn’t found in striving or comparison, but in slowing down to be in God’s presence—listening, yielding, and living out heaven’s wisdom here on earth.

Life is full of decisions, challenges, and pressure—and let’s be honest, it’s not always easy to know the right path forward. That’s why we’re diving into the Book of James in a new series we’re calling The Way of Wisdom.
James is direct, practical, and speaks right into the realities of everyday life. It’s about more than belief—it’s about how your faith actually shows up: in your words, your work, your relationships, even your money.
If you’re looking for clarity, challenge, and encouragement, this is for you. Join us this Sunday as we start to walk the way of wisdom—together.

This weekend, we’re wrapping up our Who We Are series with a focus on generosity. At St. Albert Alliance, we believe generosity reflects God’s heart and a key part of who we’re called to be. It’s not just about giving money—it’s about living open-handedly, trusting that what we have comes from God and can be used to bless others. Let’s discover together how generosity strengthens community, fuels mission and shapes us into a people who reflect God’s love in real, practical ways—wherever we live, work, and play.

In our Who We Are series, we’ve been exploring what it means to be a church family shaped by Jesus. This week, we’re diving into the call to be servants—not because it’s a nice idea, but because Jesus Himself came not to be served, but to serve. Scripture shows us that every follower of Jesus has been gifted by the Holy Spirit to play a vital role in building up the body of Christ. Together, we’ll discover how serving isn’t just about tasks—it’s about embodying who we are as God’s people.

Have you ever felt disconnected, lonely and fragmented?
This Sunday we are speaking about how small groups offer us a haven of fellowship, support, and spiritual growth. They are the places where we can build meaningful relationships, share our struggles and triumphs, and deepen our understanding of God's Word together. We will explore how small groups can transform our lives, strengthen our faith, and help us grow closer to God and to each other.

Church isn’t just a building—it’s people. It’s you and me, living out our faith together wherever we are.
This weekend we’re kicking off a short series called Who We Are—where we’ll explore some of the values that shape us as a community: following Jesus with everything we’ve got, staying connected to one another, serving with purpose, and practicing generosity.
Each week, we’ll unpack one of these values, discovering what it looks like to live them out not just here on Sundays, but in our everyday lives—where we live, work, and play.
Join us on this journey as we remind ourselves what it means to be the church—together.

This Sunday's final message from our Summer in the Psalms is on Psalm 139 - a psalm of awe and intimacy, a reminder that God knows us completely and loves us still. In every hidden place, in every uncertain step, He is present. This weekend, we’ll discover how the God who formed us and searches our hearts also walks with us, guiding and holding us in every moment.

How would you summarize in one song a life long walk with the Lord? Psalm 145 is David’s last written Psalm as he reflects on what God has meant to him.

In this Psalm King David models the honest, transformative practice of confession. This Sunday we’ll walk through three movements: owning our sin before God, asking Him to make us new, and responding in surrendered worship. As we reflect on our own brokenness, we’re invited into the grace of Jesus through communion, community, and the hope of renewal. True confession isn’t about guilt management—it’s about restoration and intimacy with God.

The Psalms are a soundtrack for the soul—raw, honest, and rooted in every season of life. Whether you're resting or reaching, joyful or grieving, these ancient prayers help us bring our whole selves to God.
This weekend, we turn to Psalm 46, a powerful declaration of trust in the middle of chaos. When the world feels unsteady, this Psalm reminds us that God is our refuge and strength—ever-present, unshakable, and near.

This Sunday we wrap up our Made for More series by leaning into the final words of Peter in 2 Peter 3. In a world that often mocks faith and forgets the story of Jesus, Peter calls the Church to live with holy urgency - anchored in grace, growing in truth, and looking ahead to the day of
Christ’s return. As we head into summer, we’re reminded that we weren’t made to drift—we were made to grow. Come ready to be challenged, encouraged, and grounded in the hope that Jesus is still writing His story through us.

In our Made for More series, we’re exploring the life of an ordinary man—Peter—who was radically transformed through his relationship with Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. His story is proof that God specializes in using flawed, everyday people for extraordinary purposes.
Peter’s journey reminds us that a fuller, more meaningful life isn’t just something we wait for in eternity—it’s available now. It’s a taste of the Kingdom, here in the middle of our everyday lives. No matter how average you feel or how badly you’ve messed up, God sees more in you. And He’s inviting you into something bigger.
Join us this weekend as we rediscover what it really means to be Made for More.

Have you ever wondered if your presence really matters? This Sunday’s message emphasizes the transformative power of presence—personally, as a congregation, and in the community. Our presence reflects God's love and helps build bridges for others to encounter Christ. Whether through volunteering, worship, or daily interactions, showing up matters—it reveals the heart of God to the world around us.

We know with a high degree of certainty that at the beginning of the book of Acts, the number of people following Jesus was around 120, and by the end of Peter’s sermon on the first day, another 3000 were all in, and a couple thousand more joined soon after. In a short amount of time the church exploded through the Roman Empire, all because of events which took place around AD 30. Have you ever wondered what it was that so captivated those people and made them want MORE? What was so compelling that they didn’t walk, they ran to become part of the church? MORE…to come, Sunday morning at 9 & 11, in person and online.
