Welcome to the first episode of SSUNDA: Conversations with a Specialist. In this episode, SSUNDA's chair Areeb interviews our guest Professor Gordian Fulde. Professor Fulde is a founding fellow of the Australiasian College for Emergency Medicine and Australia’s longest serving Emergency Department director working at St Vincent’s Hospital for 35 years before retiring in 2018. Professor Fulde was named Senior Australian of the year in 2016 and in 2017 was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for his distinguished service to emergency medicine and to the community as an advocate for a range of public health issues.
