As an Art Director/Photographer and Illustrator/Educator, Lorna and Jhinuk unveil their own perspectives on how Neurodiverse traits are attributed to their creative careers. In these combined episodes, they listen back and reflect on points throughout the interview that have directly affected their learning of Neurodiversity, particularly in their own creative processes as well as its impact on the industry at large. In this episode, Lorna and Jhinuk unpack those barriers Neurodiverse creatives can face when applying for jobs and fitting in with a team. They do this by responding to guests who share their experiences on performing in interviews, finding or applying for creative work and processing information creatively whilst also working with new colleagues.
