She has written five books on Holistic living including the #1 Amazon best seller ‘Imperfectly Natural Woman’. Her latest book is a memoir 'From Wham to Woo - A Life on the mic' She is a 1 -1 Sober Coach, and runs training workshops for Holistic Sober Coaches. She is the founder of the wellbeing community The Sober Club.

From her childhood days in Sunday school and the role of Christian music in shaping her spirituality, to uncovering the origins of the word alcohol and its complex relationship with her career in well-being, this episode is packed with insight.

We explore the tension between Christian faith and organized religion, the symbolic use of wine as the blood of Christ in sacraments, and how drinking rituals tie into deeper spiritual and cultural traditions.
