Consciousness is the only reality that exists. Whenever you are saying to yourself "this is me, this is how I am, I am that kind of a person", you are running a program, you are trapped in the Matrix. The only truth is "I am the I am", that´s it. You are everything and nothing, you are consciousness in a physical vehicle, in a human body. It is such a trap to put ourselves in a box with a name on and this is than our life. The worst is, that all of these programs has nothing to do with us. We are conditioned from our ancestors, parents, teachers, friends, society etc., and we don't even know that we have a choice to just decide to step out it. As all of it is unconscious, we are just letting these believes drive the bus, wich we call our life. You have the choice to free yourself, every single moment. So watch yourself, whenever you have the thought "this is me" or "I am that kind of a person", you are deepening the false self, the imposter in you. Be brave and let your higher self lead this incarnation, therefore let go of all identifications and become a nobody to be able to become everything.
