An exploration of how and why we embrace deep meaning, rediscover magic in the cosmos, and recognize the consciousness of All That Is.
Are you having trouble motivating yourself to write that book, create that art, or even put away the laundry? Maybe it's time to seek and find the deeper meaning, and ceremonial power, in your tasks and goals, both big and small.
If shame isn't really helping any of us be better people, why do we have it? Where does it come from? Why are we both afraid of it, AND afraid to let it go?
Do you wonder what people are thinking when you walk into a room? Here's what they're actually thinking about, and I'll bet it's not what you think it is!
In this episode, Tracy takes a crack at explaining an ancient Buddhist concept, "The Ten Worlds," and how this concept can help us understand our own minds as we journey though life, moment to moment. Here's an article if you'd like to read more about this concept https://www.sokaglobal.org/resources/study-materials/buddhist-concepts/ten-worlds.html

Once again, Josh and Tracy tackle the big questions like 'how does karma work?' 'what is consciousness?' and 'why is Data from Star Trek Next Generation Tracy's TV crush?' The direction of this show may be changing a bit, with Josh on board. We might need to start a new show. Tracy wants to call it, "Talk Nerdy to Me." Josh is not agreeing to that, as yet. We shall see.
In the meantime, I really think this is our best show ever!
Warning: While not "explicit," this episode acknowledges the existence of sex and sexuality. Just sayin'. Tryin' sumthin' new today! I'm using my bluetooth ear thingies to record while I go on a morning walk. Throw on some walking shoes and come along! The audio is sketchy at times due to ambient outside noises. So . . . .just like artisanal bread and hand made garments, Irregularities are evidence of authenicity and uniqueness. 😁
Tracy's boyfriend joins the show . . . This is Tracy's long con to finally get a co-host. Mwahahahahhahah!!! Listen as Tracy tries to figure out a bunch of fancy smart people talk. We're calling this Season 3 because of our fancy new cohost (and because I don't feel like going back to find out what episode we were on in Season 2.)
Here's a quick revisit to the concept of detachment and how it elates to compassion. It includes a somewhat deeper dive into the difference between detachment (aka, non-attachment) and disassociation; how they are opposite, and get opposite results.
Tracy discusses how Empathic experiences are a natural extension of the sense of touch. This begins a series discussing how the extension, full expression, of each of the 5 senses is what most "psychic" experiences are all about. For more information on these concepts and more, check out Tracy's book, "The Mature Empath, Stages of Developing Your Psychic and Empathic Gifts" avaliable on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CZZ2QN6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_WZ3IFbAQNMMQF
This is a time of fundamental reorganization collectively and individually. Tracy talks about how we can turn crisis into an opportunity for reevaluation of ourselves, and our connection to a meaningful life.
