
I often find myself rushing through life, feeling like there’s just never enough time. With so much on our plates, it’s easy to fall into the habit of multitasking, thinking it’ll help us get more done. But often, the opposite happens—we feel scattered, overwhelmed, and like we’ve never done enough. This meditation encourages slowing down and focusing on the present moment. By doing one thing at a time, we move through the day with more ease, feel more connected, and actually accomplish more—with a greater sense of calm and satisfaction.
