Jesus made an amazing and a very remarkable statement in John 15:1-5 about He being the vine and we being the branches. And this statements illustrates how that a branch cannot survive on its own without the vine so we as born again Christians cannot be able to life the Zoe (the Life of God) if we cut ourselves from Him.

Greater love hath no man than this: that a man would lay down his life for his brother. This is what love is from the standpoint of God. He is the only one to give us what Love truly is because He is Love (God is Love).
