Living better with Parkinson’s Disease requires more than medication. Exercise and Community are equally important. In the Summer of 2022 the Spinning Wheels Tour cycled 8000km across Canada raising awareness about Parkinson’s Disease and the importance of Exercise and Community. This podcast is an attempt to continue that mission. Join us as we have conversations about what it is like to live with PD, what experiences we share, and how anyone connected with the disease can stay positive and make a positive difference.
