In this bumper episode, we finally make it to the end of the book and everything starts coming together. We discuss the titular and elusive Eye of the World and discover it's importance. Just when we think all will be ok some real bad boys appear and mess it all up. There are several fights, some tragedies and an appearance from the Dark One himself, even Rand's mum tries to get in on the action.
As the book comes to a close we discover the set up for the next book hiding in an unexpected place and all our characters start laying out their next steps.
Whilst this is the end of this book, we look to be back in the new year with a special episode to wrap up our thoughts on this book, and Chris will lay out his theories on what will happen in the next book.

We enter the Blight and it seems to be as miserable, disgusting and terrifying as everybody had feared it would be. Amongst the insidious creatures our intrepid heroes march forth to try and find the Eye of the World. We discuss the sudden similarities between Lan and Perrin and the fledgling romance between Lan and Nynaeve is quashed, in a scene that for some reason we decide to act out. We round out our chapters discussions with the sudden and welcome appearance of the Green Man. Chris also has a final say on his predictions for the finale of this book.

This week our heroes make it into Fal Dara where King Alan receives a warm welcome from almost everybody, we are introduced to Lord Agelmar who helps introduce us to life in the Borderlands, and the mysterious beggar, who has been following from the shadow, is is finally thrust into the light.
In the second chapter, we discuss the sad story of King Alan and find out more about the harrowing journey of the nefarious beggar.

Oh Baby, it's a triple! This week we discuss Egwene and Rand's tenuous relationship, an old face revisits the boys dreams, and we get stuck into what it's like to travel through the ways. In our first chapter this week the boys discuss Rand and his adventures in Caemlyn, the beggar reappears and we finally get a glimpse of Logaine. The second episode has a lot of clueless Rand, who seems to have no idea about anything in the world and Chris and Tom almost come to blows over a very minor issue, and we learn a lot about the dynamics of the Royal family of Andor.

This week the boys finally finish up their long and arduous journey to Caemlyn. On the last stretch of the road, after a near miss with a fade, they meet a very talkative farmer who helps us to understand some of what has been going on in Caemlyn recently.
In the second chapter our boys explore Caemlyn itself and search for some help in their journey from an old friend of Thom's, a fat innkeeper (YAY!), who explains some of Thom's history, but does it make Chris trust him anymore?
Finally, Rand goes to the library for some quiet time and discovers our boy Loial who has lots to tell us about how the world works.

In the first chapter of this weeks episode our heroes are under attack from a sentient fog, Tom is delighted to get a POV from his avatar in this novel, the simple minded giant, Perrin.
Chris accuses several characters of being idiots, and in a surprise twist one of these people is Egwene, plus there is a questionable accent thrown about in relation to new character Captain Doman.
In the second of this weeks chapters, Tom is impressed with Chris' sudden interest in research, as we get a POV chapter from Nynaeve.

This week we find that Nynaeve has changed her approach towards the Aes Sedai which calls into question her motives, and a really brief discussion about the best super powers, and how trollocs and Mydraals are linked.
