I think the devil loves to play on isolation, so this is a raw real look into the kind of thoughts that I have swirling around in my head all the time in an effort to hopefully encourage you if you struggle with any or all of the same things. We’re all in this together and so much of what we’re presented with is designed to make us feel more alone and more ill equipped.
