Tony Wright is a showrunner, director, filmmaker, and screenwriter located in Spartanburg, SC. He was inspired to create his series, "80/20 Rule," after hearing about one of his friend's relationship struggles and divorce. Tony's dramedy delves into themes of love, friendship, divorce, relationships, and the human struggle. Tony pursued filmmaking and showrunning because he is highly creative and was tired of the same stories being told. He not only served in the Army, but received a BS in business management. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in communications. In addition to his show, he also owns his own fashion line. During the day, Tony works as a case manager at the Charles Lea Center and loves to take care of people. In the show "80/20 Rule", Tony plays the lead role of Chris, the husband of Emily.
