Meghan Trainor is shaking off the negativity with her bold, fun & cheeky new single Still Don't Care, while Australia's Slinkee Minx celebrates the 21st anniversary of their smash hit, Summer Rain & out & proud singer-songwriter Ben Hazlewood covers a Phil Collins classic.


On the podcast this week I am celebrating the 35th anniversary of Kylie Minogue's 1990 album Rhythm Of Love, so for today's throwback there's a 1998 remix of the classic track, Better The Devil You Know.

Following on from success with her 1988 debut album Kylie & 1989's Enjoy Yourself, Kylie began taking control of her sound, videos & image - she was growing up and wanted more of a say in her career.

Australian singer-songwriter Joel Adams is also celebrating an anniversary, releasing Joel's version of his viral track Please Don't Go and Sheppard release a fantastic Oasis cover.

Dimitrii releases Gravity - the AI driven alter-ego of Australian world champion roller skater and filmmaker Jayson Sutcliffe - who wrote the track - also check out the amazing video on YouTube.

Christmas is just a few weeks ago, Jonas Brothers have dropped Coming Home For Christmas - from their upcoming Disney+ holiday movie.

Kylie Minogue releases the Amazon Music exclusive track Xmas - with a deluxe edition of Kylie Christmas (Fully Wrapped) coming in early December, featuring four new tracks.

This week Florence & the Machine release Everybody Scream, the UK band's sixth studio album & Ed Sheeran get's the Aussie remix treatment.

He collaborated with Kylie Minogue on Midnight Rise, Orville Peck is back with a new single, Drift Away is taken from his forthcoming new EP.

Go-Jo represented Australia in Eurovision earlier this year, he's teamed up with Erika Vikman who represented Finland in the competition - a track to wet your appetite.

US singer-songwriter David Archuleta invites us to Christmas in California - the first taster from his upcoming holiday EP My Only Wish.

This week's throwback is perfect for halloween, he was a one hit wonder but the track was a worldwide hit in the 80s.

Wicked (Throwback Interviews)

With the new movie Wicked: For Good, hitting cinemas in a matter of weeks, join me as I re-visit some throwback interviews with the 2014 Australian cast of Wicked.

The stage production of Wicked opened in Australia back in July 2008 & in May 2014 the show returned to Melbourne to celebrate the 10th anniversary.

I was invited to meet the cast at a media call - chatting with the shows leads Lucy Durack (Glinda), Jemma Rix (Elphaba) & Steve Danielson (Fiyero).

This week I am celebrating the 25th anniversary of Kylie Minogue's 2000 album Light Years.

With hit singles Spinning Around, On A Night Like This, Kids (with Robbie Williams), Please Stay & of course Your Disco Needs You, the album returned Kylie to the top of the charts and turned around her career.

Joining me for this episode is Lawrence Akers, the former Australian & New Zealand Marketing Coordinator at Kylie’s label, FMR (Festival Mushroom Records).

Lawrence shares many stories from behind the scenes, as we take you through Light Years, track by track.

We also re-visit the b-sides, remixes and other projects Kylie was involved in during this era.
