Often we tend to take a much needed break from the norm as needed. We often feel that if we did this, then we aren't following through with life in the order as we think we should. There is no time frame on how much time you need in order to cleanse your mind. Take as much time as you need in order to feel whole again.

A lot of times we do not understand our own worth. It's crazy because other people know your worth before you will. Stop settling for the minimum and live out your life how you should. Learn your worth and stop allowing others to walk all over you. You are not a damn door mat sis!
