Welcome to another episode of the Soul Surgery podcast and our Surrender series where I dive deeply into my guests’ greatest points of surrender.
This week I am joined by the incredible Richie Bostock. Richie is a breathwork coach, author and speaker. He was introduced to breathwork when his father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and after seeing the incredible effects it had he was hooked. It is now his mission to spread the lifechanging possibilities of breathwork to the world.
In this episode Richie shares how a corporate career that gave him all the things he thought would make him happy actually left him feeling empty and lacking in purpose. He realised that he had been living his life based on an unconscious pressure for him to have a certain identity that would make those around him feel comfortable and in control.
When Richie began to ask himself the big questions of who am I and why am I here? He found that the biggest discoveries came when he allowed himself to let go of knowing and questioning. Instead, he allowed himself to be surprised by what came up and to trust.
Make sure to share your biggest takeaways and aha moments in the comments.

If you too feel ready to re-create your relationships or your life by breaking free of old patterns on a holistic level, across mind, body and soul, I invite you to order my book SURRENDER.
SURRENDER will walk you through a life changing process of maturation. Of breaking free of the vicious cycle of repeated stuck patterns, stories and belief systems, trauma and ancestral wounds.
It’s more than just a book. It’s a guide through a deep healing journey of SURRENDERING of who you are NOT so that you can unfurl into who you were BORN TO BE.
