We want to feel safe expressing the full range of our emotions especially in partnership.
I share a bit about the lineage of teaching that I follow from David Deida and John Wineland about the 3 stages of our needs and how each of those stages contributes to our communication.
We also look at how communication can connect with polarity and how to keep our hearts open in communication.
We also give a few tools to use in prioritizing healthy communication so that you can build the muscle of making communication sacred.
