Who are you talking to about this? I find over and over that people are struggling with so many things they never discuss. There are so many things which might be easier to change if only we invited a coach or a friend into the discussion. I know it can seem like these things are really hard and deep, but sometimes just sharing about what we really want and don't want is the tiny little window opening we need to change absolutely everything!
