We’ve made it over the holiday hump Sis! Now it’s time to end another year and continue into the next one. And we have decided that we are stepping in to this next season of life and never looking back because we are only focused on pressing forward! The next chapter sometimes requires a new version, a better version, an evolved version of ourselves. Once you grow into a person who is fulfilled, everything around you is just a bonus. You will find it easier to focus more on the present and future and less on the past! There is so much power in being open to change and evolution in every aspect of that process. Only you can decide where you’re going regardless of where you have been. We don’t care who you used to be. Who do you WANT to be?! Let’s level up in this next year and only look toward the path ahead! You got this!!!

Here we are, at the end of another year. Did you even have time to blink?! Sis, we are right there with you. The future is headed toward of FAST and we have come to realize that there is absolutely no time to waste when it comes to crushing your goals. The new year always brings forth new goals, new mindsets, and new vibes but how can we be sure that they all actually stick? Take the time to ask the version of yourself that you see in the future, “what would you do?” What are the things that really need to be done to create the reality you visualize yourself experiencing? Take the steps, and you may just stumble right into your wildest dreams!

We’ve been told our whole lives that “practice makes perfect” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. We are human, we make mistakes, and we will never be “perfect” in this life. When you focus on the progress you make instead of how perfect you are, you are bound to experience a much more fulfilled journey. Keep working towards your goals knowing that you will get there, and you will. Putting in the work will always make you progress, but it’ll never make you perfect! Take the pressure off by worrying more about progression, and less about perfection. You got this!

It doesn’t matter how many times you fall down, it matters how many times you get up!!! We often look at failure as the last step when it could really be viewed as the first. Failure sometimes is the bridge that leads you into the next step in your path. Don’t let your failures be final and definitely don’t let them stop you from putting forth the effort to get up and even try to succeed again. YOU GOT THIS!!!

We know sis, we know! Crushing our goals is a lot of pressure. It takes so much thought, planning, and preparation to execute a goal. But it’s always important to remember not to get stuck in that phase. Don’t let your thoughts keep you in preparation mode, sometimes you just have to JUMP! You can only think so much before you start to “over” think and fear begins to set in. You are capable of every single thing you have a goal to achieve, so what exactly are you waiting for? The perfect time is NOW!

This is a new month, a new season, a new step, a new level. But the question is, do you actually know the difference between steps that move you forward and steps that elevate you to a higher level? Throughout every season in your life, you’ll either be forced to move to the next stepping stone on the same level or to “take the stairs” and actually LEVEL UP!!! We’re discussing knowing the difference and when each move might be necessary. Either way, you gotta move! It’s your season, Sis!!! What are you gonna do?

Practice makes progression, not perfection! So don’t expect your journey to be perfect. Don’t expect YOURSELF to be perfect. Because honestly sis, no one in this world is. We don’t have to be and that’s the beauty in life. We are all out here just trying to survive AND thrive the best way we know how… our own way. So do your best, be your best, and love every perfectly imperfect step of the way.

New seasons require new preparation and sometimes that change can bring uncomfortable feelings! But instead of feeling nervous or scared, try finding ways to be comfortable in your uncomfortable seasons or experiences. Stepping out of your comfort zone can sometimes change your life in ways you never could have by staying within your safety bubble! Try a new approach or challenge yourself today. You never know where that path will take you! You got this, Sis! 💕

Even when the path is not clear, the purpose should always keep you going! We are here to tell you, as long as you are focused on WHY you want to accomplish your goals, HOW you do it will always find it’s way. Stay encouraged today, and remain dedicated to your destination. Where there is a will, there will always be a way. That’s a fact! 💪🏽 You got this!

What is the legacy you’re leaving? Are you living a life full of purpose that will be remembered for generations to come? Welcome to 2021!!! 🙌🏽 The time is here and now! We want to take a minute to reflect and refocus. It’s so important to recognize our current position in life and realize where there is room for improvement. Just like semesters in school, starting a new year is an opportunity to reset and reposition wherever it may be needed. Take a moment to participate in our “real-life report card” activity to evaluate the most important areas of your life. This is a great way to put into perspective exactly where you are flourishing and where you may be “failing” in your life. Give yourself an actual score and figure out where you could use an upgrade! We only get one life, Sis. We are meant to be living it to the FULLEST, and not just getting by. Let’s take it up a notch! You got this!!! 💪🏽

They say “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” but sometimes it needs to be broken in order to be built properly, Sis! We are in the season of transition and what better time than the closing of the year to really reflect and reform our lives all together.
