There are certain things that we are programmed to avoid, like failure and making mistakes, which if we stopped trying to avoid them would become extremely valuable tools for growth and expansion.
Similarly, there are things we avoid in our communication that end up stifling our progress and our ability to grow in our leadership and in our ability to effectively communicate with those closest to us.
As an introvert and a people pleaser, I spent most of my life trying to avoid the 3 Cs that I will share with you in this conversation. However, once I learned to embrace them, I realized they were the key to reaching new levels of leadership, connection, and success.
