We have all been here before, but perhaps you didn't have the language to express what it was or where it came from. I know for me, it's been one hit after another and yet, and still, I am expected to operate in high function! Well, life ain't gonna stop lif-ing so its up to us to assess our own stuff and deal with it. So, when the dust settles and the season is preparing to change we must ask ourselves one question: What do I do with all this pain? Good question, on this week's podcast that question is answered.
