It's so tough to say, but we are better for it in the long run.. Not only was this podcast hard to do, but admitting that I am not as strong as I led on to be was even more challenging. On this week's episode, Sara J talks through the pain that she has been experiencing while trying to date and meet new people. While this isn't a foreign concept, we all have the tendency to not acknowledge the pain that we have gained in this thing we call life, and while it's not accepted it doesn't allow us to get to the other side. Now, we must be able to say, it hurt my feelings. We can still be wise, strong, and bold while wounded, but not if we cant admit it. Once we do that, we are allowing the power of what took place and what we didn't expect to lose its grip on our hearts. So, on this weeks episode its time we get honest and speak through our pain.
