Guess what, we're doing something different on the Sincerely, Shameless podcast, all season seven I will be meeting with people from all over the world, with different perspectives and life experiences to talk about shame and how to reduce it. On this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel Waugh and she brought “Self Love” to the conversation. As you know, nothing worth having is easy to get, but also it takes self-love to maintain it. Our results are a representation of how we feel about ourselves. When we are able to love our self we truly can move in our best efforts!
