In part five today, I discuss the importance of our environment. Setting yourself up for success and support is ESSENTIAL for optimal health and longevity in healthy practices. Environment includes the physical space around us, as well as people and relationships. Today I touch on;
- if our environment supports our choices, the easier it is to make these choices
- setting up every room in your house for success (declutter, organize)
- choosing the right environment for movement
- the importance of routine - meal prep and planning
