
Today I am joined by my longtime friend, Jessica Harrower. Jess is a self-proclaimed "hippie" and lover of nature. She works in it daily, teaching Outdoor Education through the Toronto School Board, delivering adventure and ecology-based programming to her students. Through her work, and all of her experiences interacting with and appreciating nature, she has really tapped into how much nature gives to us; in body, mind and spirit. Today we cover;
