
Setting yourself up for success in health and wellness is not as hard as it's made out to be! Today I offer some tips and tricks I use to ensure I am living my best life and staying dedicated to nourishing my body, mind and spirit;
- schedule/plan workouts for the entire week
- meal and menu plan and grocery shop based around that
- do NOT beat yourself up about "falling off track" (aka - living and enjoying life!)
- make a list or journal on what makes you feel good and what doesn't
- the power of dedication
