Lauren is currently working on her first ground up development project as well as adaptive re-use and redevelopment opportunities with investment partners. She's worked alongside owners and developers for almost a decade, as an analyst and investment sales specialist, and later as the head of real estate for a local equity firm. She's now using her passion for urban planning and place-making as she works on her own portfolio, focusing efforts on emerging opportunities and creating projects that are anchored in the experiential and the novel.
