Ms Bahati Cosmas Mandago is the Co-founder and CEO of InterContinental Well-Being Services, a company with comprehensive wellness services.

She has extensive knowledge and experience of 15 years of counselling and human rights activism, serving different sectors, including public, private, and CSOs. She has received several recognition for her work such as the SADC leadership award in 2014, recognized as a driver of change during the SADC summit in Johannesburg and for outstanding contributions to women's empowerment in 2015.
