What does it really mean to be a Proverbs 31 woman in today’s world? Is it just about being a wife and mother, or is there more to her?
In this episode, I’m breaking down what it actually looks like to walk in wisdom, strength, and grace like the woman described in Proverbs 31. We talk about her work ethic, her mindset, her love for God, and how she carried herself not for show, but because of her heart posture.
Sis, the closer I get to God, the more I realize that becoming a Proverbs 31 woman has nothing to do with perfection and everything to do with obedience, discipline, and a pure heart. And I’ll be honest I used to think I was doing all the right things… but my heart wasn’t right. This episode is for the woman who wants to grow, who’s ready to level up, and who wants to become the woman God designed her to be.
Let’s walk through the Word together, verse by verse, and apply it to real life.
In this episode, we’re talking all about narcissists. Not from a clinical lens, but from real life experience the kind that leaves you drained, confused, manipulated, and questioning your worth.
I open up about my personal story of dealing with narcissistic behavior starting with my mom’s first husband, and how that pattern kept showing up in my life. But I also share the moment everything changed when I finally recognized the fruit, turned to God, got in my Word, embraced singleness, and chose celibacy. That’s when the healing began.
We break down what it really means to “starve the narcissist,” why setting boundaries is spiritual warfare, and why waiting until marriage reveals more than you think. Narcissists feed off control, confusion, and sexual access. But sis the minute you stop feeding it, they lose their grip.
Some breakups aren’t romantic. Sometimes it’s your family, your best friend, your church etc... The people you never thought would hurt you. In this episode of She Speaks: Scripture, Britani shares what God taught her about broken relationships, grieving people who are still alive, and letting go without bitterness.
If you’ve been left, betrayed, or had to walk away from someone you loved this is for you, sis. You are still becoming. And the break didn’t break you.
Psalm 34:18 – The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
Romans 8:28 – All things work together for good
Proverbs 4:23 – Guard your heart above all else
Isaiah 43:18–19 – Forget the former things. I’m doing something new'
and more!
Sometimes, our emotions speak louder than God’s voice and that’s where wisdom steps in. In this episode, Britani breaks down what it truly means to move with God’s wisdom instead of reacting out of feelings. Through scripture, personal stories, and raw truth, she reminds us that peace is found in obedience, not overthinking.
If you’ve ever prayed, “God, what should I do?” this episode is for you, sis.
