Joy Audit – audit the environment around you whenever you ‘feel good’ or ‘in-flow’, to identify what brings you joy, then note these instances using the 4 Pillars to categorise.

In the day you feel good, try to journal about it.

Reflect on your day and week to identify patterns of feeling depleted.
