hi roomies ! in this episode, i delve into the topic of relationship endings, whether they're romantic or friendship breakups. it can be challenging to discern when it's time to let go, and often, we struggle to accept that things have come to an end, even when it may be beneficial for both parties to part ways. change is inherent to the human experience, and with it inevitably come endings, but i believe that's not something we should necessarily fear. if you're someone who struggles to let go, this one was meant for you !

hiii roomies welcome back !
today i want you to sit down, get comfy, and really immerse yourself in this episode because we are going to be talking about being present and enjoying the present moment, instead of always believing that something that you currently lack of will bring you some kind of relief or happiness.
also i give u guys a hilarious anecdote in the end (at least to me)
anyway, take care as always, and i'll see you next week !

oh to feel embarrassed.........how i hate the feeling.
in this episode, i'm talking about feeling embarrassed on a deeper level, leading you to feel social anxiety, preventing you from opening up to people or presenting yourself authentically. that's the kind of embarrassment i deal with. obviously i'm on holiday right now so i have lots and lots of time to spiral and this episode screams overthinking, but i know we all been there ! until next week,

hi roomies ! today i wanna talk about.......laziness. these past few months i've kind of lost focus which i'm very upset about because discipline is a muscle you have to constantly train and i've let mine die down. however, i am fully ready to get back on track, which is why in this episode i'm diving into the reasons why we "act lazy" sometimes, the concept of laziness in itself and why i believe no one can be lazy at core. it's definitely giving early 20s anxiety but hopefully in a way that can motivate us to strive towards a more fulfilling lifestyle !

Hi roomies !
Today's episode is about forgiveness, and wether or not it necessarily entails forgetting. I talk about getting wronged and moving on for your own sake, the process of accepting reality and defense mechanisms. I hope you guys enjoy this one, and i will see u next year !

Hi roomies !
Today we're talking about protecting our energy. Don't be afraid ! I'm not some kind of weird hippie spiritual guru, I'm just here to tell you that your heart is precious and you should value and protect it : you can't let everybody mess with it. I hope that wherever you are, this episode can help you find comfort and reassurance in the fact that if you are someone who strives to be a good person, you are special, and you should give yourself credit for that.

Hi roomies !
In today's episode we're diving into the very complex issues linked to the objectification as well as the hyper sexualization of women's bodies, including the difficulties to maintain platonic relationships with the opposite gender in our current society. This episode was also a little bit of a rant for me, cause as a woman I'm pretty sure I've earned my right to complain about men for a few minutes (might take a few days though). All love, always !

This week we're diving into a sensitive topic which has been occupying the media's attention and most of our minds for the past month.
It's scary and it demands energy to take a stance, but we can no longer remain indifferent to the pain of others. The ultimate message here is to urge each other to get involved and get out of the narrative which has us believing that we are powerless and can only ever be victims of the system.

I believe self-sufficiency is about being alone and being comfortable with it, but also knowing and loving yourself. You cannot love someone you haven't gotten to know or understand. Do you really know who you are and do you love that person ? All these questions started popping up in my head as I got through a lot of (unwanted) alone time when I moved to Japan by myself a month ago. But I'm glad they did and they made me grow !
enjoy, lili xx
