Why do so many smart, successful, self-aware women still find themselves single, stuck in situationships, or repeating the same painful relationship cycles?
In this unapologetically honest episode of Sex, Love & Money, Rebecca Antonucci sits down with Anna Krystyna and Megan Thoma for a deep, no-filter conversation about the hidden patterns that keep high-achieving women unfulfilled in love.
From cheating and shame to codependency, nervous system work and self-abandonment, this conversation goes far beyond dating advice. Itâs about healing the parts of us that learned love meant losing ourselves.
Together, they unpack what it really means to be ready for love, not just want it, and how to stop waiting for the man and start dancing in your own aliveness.
They cover:
Why successful women often struggle to attract healthy love
The truth about cheating, shame and feminine conditioning
How independence can become emotional avoidance
Why your nervous system decides who feels âsafeâ
The difference between wanting love and being ready for it
The feminine wound of control, rage and resentment
What true emotional readiness looks like in the body
How to soften without losing your power

Women say they want a man who leads, then bristle when he opens the door. Today we unpack the resentment, the armour, and the nervous system truth behind why so many high-achieving women struggle to receive love, provision and masculine leadership without abandoning their own power.
This week Iâm joined by Sigrid Tasies, feminine embodiment mentor and facilitator. We go deep on somatics, safety, and the art of letting yourself be led without losing your power.
Trigger notice: This episode references sexual assault, domestic violence and trauma. Please listen with care.
We cover:
The paradox: Wanting a devoted, leading partner while resenting men (and how that blocks intimacy).
Generalising â safety: Why âall men are Xâ feels protective, and how it quietly kills the relationship you say you want.
Nervous system reality: You canât think your way to safety and why you must feel your way there.
Feminine vs masculine leadership: Strategy and structure create the container; presence, sensation and intuition fill it.
Strong-independent identity: Why putting down the sword can feel like weakness and how to do it without losing self-respect.
Double courage: Being vulnerable and staying open when your partner doesnât meet you perfectly.
Sex, love, money after embodiment: How coming home to your body amplifies pleasure, softens love, and makes receiving abundance far easier.
Time-stamped guide
01:07 â The stories we carry: Subconscious resentment towards men and how it shows up.
03:08 â Accountability wars: Internet outrage, chivalry, and the cost of collective blame.
06:55 â Why we generalise: False safety and the risk-avoidant brain.
08:11 â Reclaiming safety: Somatics, self-trust and refusing to abandon yourself.
10:26 â Boundaries without armour: Becoming a safe presence for you, first.
12:14 â Letting him lead: Power couples explained.
14:58 â The difference between masculine and feminine leadership
31:20 â Vulnerability reps: How to speak your truth before youâre âperfectâ at it.

34:23 â Living open-hearted: What it actually feels like.
36:15 â Why âstrong & independentâ is hard to drop: Safety, armour, and the little girl within.

A rare male voice in the herpes space, Christopher Pickering, breaks down erectile dysfunction, porn desensitisation, disclosure, and why his sex life got better post-diagnosis.Â
We cover:
A male blueprint for navigating herpes, ED, and dating with actual results
How to re-sensitize your brain + body so real sex feels good again
The numbers game of dating post-diagnosis (and why one âyesâ changes everything)
Masculine leadership in disclosure (what women wish men would do)
Ethics of coaching: free vs paid help, and why âwhen you pay, you pay attentionâ
Diagnosis â death sentence. Chris used herpes as leverage to fix ED, quit porn, build confidence, and make condoms work.
One win resets the nervous system. You only need a single successful disclosure to rewrite your dating beliefs.
Stigma is cultural. Bali/Europe â North America. Education > fear.
If you donât believe the shame, it canât stick. Judgment only lands on what you secretly agree with.
Business & love mirror each other. Rejection is data. Keep going.

Content note: adult language; sex; cheating; STIs; faith.
What if the thing youâre sure will ruin you is exactly what frees you? This is a raw, unfiltered origin story: the night Rebecca Antonucci chose herself, cheated, contracted herpes, and drew a line in the sand between the life before and the life after. Itâs an episode about choice points, spiritual framing without punishment, sexual truth-telling, and the cost of staying where youâre not chosen. We Cover:
God isnât punitive; choice is sacred. Your life shifts when you accept youâre never powerless, even at your lowest.
Sexual mismatch is a relationship truth, not a character flaw. Ignoring it invites jealousy, acting out, and resentment.
Choice points are everywhere. Barricades, bollards, âwrong turns,â and gut pings arenât traps, theyâre mirrors.
Shame alchemizes into leadership when owned publicly. When you tell the story, it stops using you.
Apology â change. âSorryâ without a sustained behavior shift is emotional gaslighting.
Disclosure is adult intimacy. Herpes status and sexual stamina/values are baseline conversations, not awkward footnotes.
Self-drop = collateral damage. Every time you abandon yourself, you end up betraying others too.
Time Stamps:
00:00 â Prayer, not perfection: Why a 30-second prayer beats a performative morning routine.
01:37 â Before vs. After: The pivot point that split Rebeccaâs life in two.
02:12 â Training & telling the story: Why this is the first time youâre hearing all of it.
03:24 â The confession: Cheating, herpes, and unmet sexual needs.
12:36 â The grief & the rage: Being ignored hurts more than bad sex.
21:16 â The travel expo test: Following a man who wonât choose you.
33:50 â Why the lesson stuck: Expander energy and owning the price of the ride.
35:10 â Integrity vs. pattern: When you know itâs over but keep saying yes.
37:53 â Why herpes became grace: The line in the sand that prevented the relapse.
45:00 â Boundaries with temptation: When your libido tells the truth you wonât.
49:57 â The new disclosure standard: Status and stamina.
51:08 â Compassion for the younger self: She did the best she could.
56:48 â Nature loves courage: The quote that carried the reveal.

Two powerhouses get radically honest about sister wounds, pedestal dynamics, loyalty, and what it actually takes to build calm, ride-or-die female friendships in your 30s. We go there: betrayal, trolling, comparison, nervous-system collapse, hard truths, better sex, more love, and more money, because the right best friend changes everything.
If youâve been burned by women, canât spot red flags until itâs too late, or feel like every friendship turns into emotional laborâŠthis is your blueprint for healing, choosing better, and becoming the friend you want to attract.
We Cover:
âPlatonic datingâ is a thing. Intentionally sliding into a womanâs DMs to build friendship is courageous, and necessary as an adult.
Loyalty > vibes. Your closest friend should never sit in a room where your name is being trashed.
Pedestals are dangerous. Inferiority/superiority dynamics breed jealousy, entitlement, and eventual betrayal.
Neediness vs. nurturance. Reciprocity flows; score-keeping clings.
Functional freeze is real. You can be online and âfineâ while shut down inside.
Keep the wound, lose the driver. You donât have to erase your âsister wound,â just donât let it steer the car.
Apologies without change = gaslighting. Repair needs behavior, not platitudes.
One quality friend can 10x your life. Shared values (loyalty, standards, ambition) create peace, polarity, and momentum, in love, sex, and business.

For the first time ever, Iâm not the host of Sex, Love & Money.
Today, my beautiful operations manager, Charlotte Jackson is interviewing me instead.
If youâve been following me for a while, youâll know Iâve gone through a powerful transformation.

People used to say to Charlotte, âyou canât just walk away from crystal meth. Thatâs not how it works.â
But that was exactly what she did.Â
Today Iâm joined by Charlotte Jackson, a coach and speaker who refuses to let labels define her.
Charlotte went from thinking drugs were disgusting⊠to living in a crack den. So what happened in between? And why does she so strongly believe that addiction is a mindset? What does she believe is the cure?
Youâll hear:Â
The night Charlotte realised she was an âaddictâ and why she NEVER accepted that identity
How she rewired her own mind and walked away from meth for good
What your loved ones who are addicted actually need from you

The internet is starting to feel like high school again⊠The popular girls, the bullies, the fear of saying what you really think in case you get called out or shamed online.Â
In this first episode of my new series Rebecca Reacts, Iâm unpacking Laura Henshawâs approach to publicly pulling apart other peopleâs content. Iâll be sharing why I take the opposite approach to Laura in her most recent reels, and why I believe her approach is fueling a dangerous culture of victimhood instead of empowering women.
But this isnât an episode where I try to convince you to agree with me. I want to use the space to start a real conversation.Â
So let me know what you think - whether you agree or disagree. Comment on whatever platform youâre listening to this on, Iâll be chatting about it across Instagram, YouTube and Spotify comments, and Iâd love to hear your perspective.
In this episode, youâll hear:Â
The real reason I think Laura Henshaw targets young men online (and why I believe itâs not about âcalling them inâ at all)
Why âvictim consciousnessâ is more dangerous than any âtoxic reelâ
Why doubling down on your truth might be the healthiest thing you can do⊠Even if it makes you unpopular
The Heroâs Journey every man must walk (and why you should never criticise a man if you want change)

âWhen I was fat as f*ckâŠâ
This line is how Nick Geoppo started his videos and built an entire empire.
Nick spent half of his life trapped in the same cycle so many of us know too well. The binge-restrict-shame-start over loop.
He lost and gained weight over and over, tried every diet possible and built his identity around âIâll fix it tomorrow.â But in 2019, he broke the cycle for good. And now heâs helping people to do the same.
I wanted to have Nick on the podcast for a few reasons, but the main reason is because this story is BIGGER than the weight loss.Â
Yes, Nickâs journey is about going from obese to healthy but the way he describes the fear, the food obsession, the shame and the starting again cycle is EXACTLY what so many women with disordered eating and body dysmorphia go through every single day.
Nick is the permission slip to stop letting food run your life⊠and to start living a life that actually turns you on and lights you up.
Together we will cover:Â
How to stop letting your obsessive food thoughts take over your whole day
Why willpower isnât the answer, and what actually works instead
The exact moment Nick realised food wasnât the problem at all
What to do when you feel like youâve wasted years of your life in this cycleâŠ
Why rock bottom is fuel but you donât have to hit it to make serious change
What actually changes in your sex life and relationships when you heal your relationships with food

What would rise to the surface if you finally stopped?
Stopped rushing.
Stopped working.
Stopped doing more.
Would you finally feel the thing youâve been trying to outrun?
Brittini Burton spent 8 years on the move, living in vans, working on yachts, and even appearing on Below Deck. But the moment she settled down, everything she had been running from bubbled to the surface.
She experienced anxiety, thought loops, suicide ideation⊠and eventually a dark night.
But from the darkness, she built an empire.
Today Brittini is the founder of Big Pussy Energy, a movement and sisterhood that reconnected women with their sensuality, vitality and power. And sheâs never felt more herself.
So if you are a high performing woman who is terrified of stillness, and feels deeply disconnected from herself⊠Then this episode is for you.
Together we cover:Â
What Big Pussy Energy actually is (and why itâs not what you think)
How Brittini built a global brand while in her deepest emotional crisis
Why being constantly âonâ might look productive but is actually keeping you disconnected
The first step to reconnecting with your body (no lingerie, no mirrors, no pressure to perform)
Why stepping into a room of women can be so intimidating and how to move through that fear

She scaled an 8 figure business while couch surfing.
Business while going through a divorce.
Was brought back to life by a 25 year old Calvin Klein model.
And is now the happiest sheâs ever been.
Olivia Steele is the definition of a woman who burned it all down in order to build something better.
And this conversation is as juicy, raw, sexy and unapologetic as it gets.
This episode is about how pleasure became Oliviaâs greatest business strategy.
Weâre talking all about the link between feeling sexy and being successful, why women should be orgasming before they head into important meetings, how developing relationships with likeminded women has changed her life and SO much more.
Youâll hear:
The link between asking for what you want in bed⊠and asking for what you want in business
What it looks like to truly lead with your feminine
Her theory on why high achieving women feel resentful, disconnected and exhausted

Back in May, Chris Griffins lost $30k in brand deals, in just four days, because of a reel he uploaded weeks earlier.
The video? AÂ statement about money, providership, and what he believes a manâs role is in a relationship. Watch it here.
It was picked up by a major Australian podcaster, stitched and shared, and suddenly⊠the country turned on him. Thousands of hate messages. News articles. Debates on The Project.Â
And yet, Chris says it was the calmest heâs ever felt.
So why did I bring him on the podcast?
Because women in my world are tired.
Weâve built the businesses. Been the providers⊠and weâre proud of it.Â
But so many of us are quietly asking: âDo I still want to be the one carrying it all?â
This episode isnât about picking sides in an online debate. Itâs about what happens when someone speaks a hard truth out loud and what it takes to stay in your integrity - even when people donât like it.
In this raw and completely unfiltered conversation, we dive into:Â
How to stay grounded and clear when the internet is tearing you apart
The pattern Chris saw in EVERY message he received about the reel (and what he noticed about the women who reacted most strongly)
What real safety in a relationship looks like, for BOTH partners
Why being neutral or âniceâ online might be keeping you invisible⊠and what to do if you actually want people to care
The unexpected reason high achievers struggle to hold onto wealth
How Chris reframes âlosing everythingâ as the best thing that ever happened
And the mindset that has helped Chris become completely unshakeable.

How to make your business feel as good as it looks

You have the life.
The career.
For some of you, maybe even the picture perfect family.
Youâre doing it all - and people are telling you how inspiring you are. That youâre a superwoman.
But they donât know that itâs costing you everything.
Todayâs episode is one that a lot of high achieving women are going to relate to. That the ideas and lifestyle you strived for, didnât end up bringing you the happiness and peace you thought it would. So what happens now?
Joining me on the podcast is Rayne Bryant: a woman who from the outside, had it all. Married to an Australian footballer. A mother of three. An influencer. The kind of woman people admire for holding it all together. But behind closed doors, she was exhausted.Â
Now at 42, Rayne is reclaiming her desires and finally stepping into her purpose and her magic.
Together we will cover:Â
The hidden cost of being âthe strongest oneâ in the room
How self abandonment shows up (even when youâre think youâre thriving)
The physical toll of ignoring your intuition
How to let go of an old identity, even when the world doesnât want you to change
What to do when you're scared of being judged for wanting more
âŠand so much more.
