We thought it would be fun to take a cringey walk around our Facebook memories! You know that notification that you get where it says "you have memories from this day to look back on..." The real question is... Do you dare hear our cringe?!
Haha! But in all seriousness, our cringey past memories are just signs of growth and the passing of time. We're grateful for the ways that we've grown over the years and we're grateful for the growth to come.
On today's episode we're talking about the newest Netflix sensation: Nobody Wants This. Evelyn LOVED it and had to use her own birthday as a bargaining chip to even get Serg to try it. We talk about how he felt about it and we also chat about whether or not we believe men and women can be just be friends or is there always a potential for cheating. After listening, email us (connect@sergandevelyn.com) and tell us who your favorite character is from Nobody Wants This and/or answer the question: Can men and women just be friends?
Thanks for being here with us!
On today's episode, we take you behind the scenes of our conversation about an excerpt from a channeled book called, "The Dream, The Journey, Eternity and God: Channeled Answers to Life's Greatest Questions." Evelyn had a passage she really wanted Serg to hear and we decided we'd record our conversation around it.
If you want to check out the book, you can learn more about it here.
On today's episode we're exploring beliefs and "proof." How do we know that what we believe is true? What do we use to verify or know that what we believe is actually the truth of what exists? Can we know? Will Serg and Evelyn fight again this week? Lol. Only one way to find out...
On today's episode you're going to hear Evelyn talk about a dinner she attended where she was reminded of how much we often take for granted. The dinner was held by WaterStep, an NGO based in Kentucky, that focuses on sustainable safe water solutions, education, and crisis response. There were ambassadors from all over the world talking about the impact that clean water has brought to their communities. It was a truly humbling and inspiring experience.

Today's episode is focusing in on a mantra that we've been saying together: "Universe, show me how good it gets to be!" Evelyn really wanted to focus in on how powerful it is to change the tone of your internal narrator from cynical to possible. We're always a decision away from a completely different reality... we just have to take hold of the keys!
Thanks for listening, we're grateful!
Serg and Evelyn
Evelyn mentioned an app she uses in the episode called Insight Timer, you'll find it here.
On today's episode, you're going on a virtual double date with Roscoe and Haley! They're friends of Evelyn's from her childhood. You're going to hear them talk about their love story, how they've navigated 17 years of marriage, and talk about how this last year has been one of the hardest yet navigating a challenging health journey.
We talked for almost three hours and literally made lunch plans to meet up the day following the recording because we had such a great time. You all will love these two! So excited for you to meet them!
On today's episode we're sitting down with Human Design Expert, Dr. Nicole Garritano. Nicole has been a mentor to Evelyn as she's developed more of her intuitive gifting and been a profound guide for healing and awareness to both Evelyn and Serg over the last couple of years.
We intended to have Nicole on to explore more of what Human Design is, but in true Serg and Evelyn fashion, we ended up down a side quest that became our main quest; why is Serg so consumed with worrying over Evelyn and Kai's wellbeing? Why does he fear loss so greatly? Is it his Human Design? Is it what he's consuming with his time? Is it both?
If you're someone who fears losing control or great loss, this may be a great episode to check out!
If you want to do your own Human Design reading with Nicole, she generously gifted our listeners 50% off a session with her! You'll can use the code CODE at checkout here.
More Ways to Learn About Human Design
Serg came across an 11-year-old picture that has him walking down memory lane of a heart-break from his past. He's curious about how we tend to get banged-up through transitions in real life, yet through time we often come to appreciate the things that didn't pan out the way that we wanted.
We examine the fact that often the challenges, struggles, or failures in our lives should be getting a lot of credit for our success! Perhaps the broken road is always leading us home?
On today's episode we're reviewing M. Night Shyamalan's new movie Trap. This whole episode is a spoiler for the movie, so if you have any interest at all, please wait to listen until after you've watched! Serg LOVES Shyamalan. He even used to have a huge movie-sized poster of just his face in the living room.. along with a life-size cut out of the Rock, but we digress. Wait - isn't that the whole podcast? One big digression?! Haha.
We're grateful to be doing life with you, see you next Sunday.

On today's episode we're going on a virtual double-date with Lindsey and Matt! Lindsey is one of the only reasons our podcast launched in the first place!! Haha. She's a good friend of Evelyn's and a Tech Goddess! Her beau, Matt is a CATCH and a veteran. He's in the early stages of starting his own safety and security business, which you'll hear more about in the episode.
We played a new question game through-out our time together called Let's Get Deep. It was a ton of fun to hang out and answer questions liiiiiikeeeee....
If you want to learn more about Lindsey and Matt and what they're up to in the world (or if they can serve you in any way), you can connect with Lindsey here and Matt here :)
We're grateful to be doing life with you, see you next Sunday.

What's Serg going to rate the new Twisters movie?! Did he even want to go? We started the conversation reviewing what we thought and ended speaking into the controversy that's taken place over the opening ceremony of the Olympics.
Four years ago Evelyn said goodbye to her dad, Jeff Fuson. She wanted to take some time to talk about what the journey looked like and also her spiritual journey surrounding it.
If you're facing your own loss or are grieving, please know that your journey matters to us and we're squeezing your hand through whatever you're facing. Thanks for being here with us through the journey of life!
MORE WAYS TO HEAR ABOUT HER JOURNEY
Originally Serg wasn't interested in watching A Family Affair, but Evelyn began it solo and knew that he would in fact LOVE it. Was she right? Tune in to find out!
If you wanna peep a trailer for the movie, check it out here.
Hey fam! Just a quick disclaimer about today's episode: Evelyn's mic went out about mid way through (womp womp). We tried to salvage the audio for the episode as much as possible. We're trusting you're meant to hear whatever you need to hear this week and that the audio hiccup is ultimately serving a higher purpose. Thanks for hanging with us, we're grateful!
Trump's assassination a hoax? Are we living in the Truman Show? Let's talk about it!
I often have to beg/drag Serg to watch animated movies. I actually saw "Inside Out 2" with a friend and wasn't planning on even mentioning it to Serg, but when I continued to hear how many people who face anxiety felt SO seen, I knew that it was something he needed to experience. Listen in and see what we thought!
If you want a taste of what you can expect 'round these parts, this is the episode to start you off right! We're two crazy kids just seeking to live authentic, curious, adventurous lives.
We hope you'll join us for the journey! Please like and subscribe wherever you listen to your podcasts and of course, send it to a friend that you think might enjoy being part of this community.
So grateful to do life with you :)
