Negative self-talk can be just this insidious. It gets in your head, courtesy of previous experiences and negative input from people who don’t always mean well. Once there, it plays the same song on repeat, growing somehow worse with every retelling until you quit trying. Your dreams stall out, and you find yourself doing very little at all.
Finally, you need to take your life back and end the negative self-talk once and for all.
Surrendering is about letting go of control and trusting. It’s about allowing life to unfold and being willing to move with it. Fear and worry takes us away from the flow while letting go invites peace in again.
It’s not about giving up, it’s simply about letting go of fear in all it’s disguises such as feelings of urgency, stress, worry, anxiousness, in this episode I invite you to surrender!

It means taking full responsibility for your own life, and being ok with doing so. We often hear the term "intentional living". But what does it really mean? Intentional living is living with purpose and making deliberate choices that support that purpose. It’s the opposite of what most people do. Most people are satisfied with the status quo and only take action to deal with their disasters that happen along the way. Intentional living is about choosing the type of person you want to be and the type of life you want to live, and then holding yourself to it. Are you ready to body show up with purpose?
When good things fall apart they are happening for a reason. They might be painful moments that change your entire world, but the key to getting through them and on the other side is realizing that there’s always a bigger picture.

So sis.. I know its hard..trust the process it’s happening for you.
