What are the thoughts you have about yourself on a daily basis?

Do you struggle with such thoughts such as
"I'm not smart enough to apply for that job."
"I have never been able to stick to a routine."
"I'm clumsy and can't dance."
"I'm too old."
 "No one will want to date me after my divorce."


Our thoughts are endless.....

When you and I have a thought over and over it eventually becomes our belief. 
This belief becomes how we view ourselves, others and the world.

Our beliefs regularly limit us and hold us back.

Because seriously, are you really not smart, that clumsy and no one wants to date you?"

Everything in life, from how we see things, how we feel about them and how we react to them is determined by our subconscious belief system which is at the core of who we are.

In this episode, Sheryl discusses how we can become aware of limiting beliefs that we are not even aware of and how we can begin to change our belief system. It is time to stop holding yourself back.
