Do You Take Time to Play?
Sessions With Sheryl

Do You Take Time to Play?

As an adult, when is the last time you simply made plans to do something for fun and enjoyment?

As adults, we often feel taking time to play is too indulgent.
We don't have time.
We don't have space.
We are too old for that.

Taking time to play is a way of resting our mind from our thoughts and worries and could be extremely beneficial in dealing with stress and anxiety in our lives.

In today's episode, Sheryl discusses that play isn't something only children can do and that as adults, we need it more than ever in our lives.

Details also are shared about the Rest and Renew Workshop being held in person at the Lexington Salt Cave on May 22, 2021.
