
Self Love Session 022 - How to deal with Emotions
Emotions are a challenging aspect of human nature, right? And the worrying thing about emotions is that sometimes we believe it’s more important to repress the ones we don’t like and only celebrate and accept the ones we do like.
We may feel anger and have a negative relationship with anger so we decide to hold it deep inside of us and never release, talk about, understand or have compassion towards where it might have come from. Instead we choose to hide it and allow it to attack us as oppose to free it and understand it.
There are some important and truly life changing things you can start to do today to have a healthier relationship with your emotions as the arise.
In this podcast we will discuss emotions, recognise they are not all that bad, nor something we should be hiding from.
