In this session, we discuss the challenges new meditators are likely to face when they start out on their meditation journey. He explains the key points one must keep in mind to be aptly prepared for meditating. So, preparedness is the key. If you know what to expect, you would treat the challenges as normal, and keep up your practice.  

Now we all have reasons why we choose to meditate. Some of us want to get rid of stress, others want to become healthy, or have better relationships, while some would want to explore the unknown or even arrive at an inner awakening. Whatever be the reason, as soon as you sit down to meditate, remind yourself why you have chosen to meditate.   

It could also be a very simple reason like you feel better throughout the day if you meditate than if you don’t. Your job is to just accept or acknowledge the reason, and not judge it.
