The practice of self-love doesn’t always come easy to us, but it is certainly a journey, and to get there, we must first know ourselves and the characteristics that make us uniquely, eternally, who we are. If you have low self esteem, it may be a result of something or someone in your childhood, parent, or a teacher. It could also be ongoing stressful life event of a health issue, relationship or financial struggles.
What are the most common character traits of the lack of self-love? Some of these character traits may stem from a mental or physical health condition

3. You struggle to build healty relationships
