Have you been feeling the weight of the Winter season?
Winter can be a challenging time for our mental health & wellness.
We tend to want to hibernate which leads to isolation followed by a shame spiral and it’s like a broken record on repeat.
Today I am sharing 3 Tips for when you are trying all the tools in your wellness toolbox to break out of Winter’s cave but all the things seem to not be working.
