"Don't Lose Yourself" is a story about a community born from the desire for connection and belonging. After feeling isolated, especially in the wake of COVID, Rachael sets up a group for women to meet, share stories, and support each other.
Rachael chats to Scotland's Women about her journey from the group’s humble beginnings—nervous first events, fears of awkward silences, and the joy of finding unexpected connections—to the ongoing friendships that keeps members coming back.
