What are the four key elements of a healthy small group or Sunday School class?   What are three essential avenues for discipleship all churches need?   What are some keys to welcoming new guests?   In this episode Matt Singleton, Director of Missions for the South Central Baptist Area, visits with Phil Todd, Spiritual Formations Team Leader in the Church Health & Leadership Ministry of the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention. Prior to joining the team he served churches in Texas and Louisiana for 30 years as student pastor, small groups pastor, and executive pastor. While serving in the local church Phil completed his Master of Arts in Discipleship from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is passionate about discipleship and is eager to support the local church in accomplishing the mission of making disciples.
