Masha (Marianna) Freydlin MA, MSED, Ed.M is a NYC public school teacher, leadership coach and teacher mentor who has spent over 16 years in ENL/ESL classrooms, working closely with immigrant communities and falling in love with teaching. With the onset of the pandemic, Masha created an online community for educators that is defined by optimism, a solution based approach to taking on challenges, and celebrating our humanness.
