As retention becomes more and more of an issue, the Air Force is looking to do a pilot program for bringing back the Air Force Warrant Officers to boost those retention efforts. EOD Instructor William Riddle joins us again to give us some more insight on the program and the value it could give to multiple different career fields.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. One of many things that sounds nice but fails in practical application. In this episode, I will go over some of the strategic policies and DoD statistics showing the correlation to highlight how DEI actually promotes Division, Exclusion, and Inequity damaging our military readiness and lethality.
